This home can accommodate 4 guests and it is in a great area to begin your adventure. It is located on the westside within a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided. Upon arrival you will enter entry foyer leading to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and one accent chair for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, free Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs/coffee, cookware, glassware and dinnerware and coffee maker everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit with a washer and dryer and we do supply basic laundering supplies. Each of the two queen sized bedrooms are furnished with two night stands with two lamps, a dresser with large closets. The two bedrooms are located up six stairs and share a common full bathroom. Our bathrooms are fully supplied with fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion with hair dryers for the convenience of our guests. A private patio with beautiful back backyard where you can enjoy the bluebirds or view the night lights of the town from the dining room. There is off street parking and this unit is family friendly with child gate, play-n-pack and a highchair. Must climb stairs to enter this duplex home. We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to everything in downtown Leavenworth. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. MOST IMPORTANT TIP: Carefully read the instructions before arrival and PRINT the attachments. Also, familiarize yourself with the access codes—you’ll need three: one for the garage, one for the elevator, and one for the door. Each is different, so having them handy will make access much smoother. We especially loved the balcony, and the hosts even provided heavy blankets to stay cozy on chilly nights. Thoughtful touches like this made our stay special. Local recommendations: Visit the Nutcracker Museum (arrive at least an hour before closing), stop by Cheesemonger Shop and Cured, and check out events at Icicle Brewing. Great food, drinks, and weekly Bingo made for a fun time! Highly recommend this place—we’d stay again!

Dawn's guest house above the detached garage was very comfortable and fully outfitted for a true home away from home experience - just pack your bags! Very clean & cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The beds were very comfortable and the living room was relaxing. Great location for walking to Lake Cle Elum, close to The Last Resort to rent snowmobiles, and 10 mins to quaint Roslyns shops/sips. Quiet location. Very responsive hosts and they took the time to implement the special details: huge snack basket, comfort focused, dog basket if you bring a pet, and she even left us a bottle of nice prosecco for our wedding anniversary visit. We would recommend this space for anyone looking for an outfitted, quality home to get away with 2 friends! Thank you for everything and a wonderful visit!

Amazing little cottage. The place was really clean and, although there are a lot of neighbours very close by, it was very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms were very nice and comfy. The fireplace also made the place very cozy. We wished we would have booked a longer trip. The only thing I would mention as an FYI is that the cottage has a washing machine, but you need to bring your own soap if you're planning to do laundry.

Wonderful Memories Made at this excellent location! The pavilion, clean bathrooms, cabin, amenities, and views are extraordinary! Jenny and Todd make sure you and your friends are going to have a fun, comfortable. safe stay. They pay attention to detail and are responsive and accommodating. They are great at communicating and truly care about their guests experience. The bathrooms have a heater! They did a a trash pickup at night so as not to attract bears who are about to hibernate. They are stocked with games, utensils, coffee necessities. and plenty of seating throughout the area. This place is better than I imagined and everyone wants to return. We loved the adventure, the exploration, and the experience! Thank you for making us Happy Campers!!!

Chipmunk cabin was super cute and homey. Loved the back with lights and hot tub. It had everything we needed plus more, and it was dog friendly. You're a 5 minute drive away from a fenced in baseball field which was great for the dogs. I didn't realize there we're going to be so many neighbors, but we had no issues. Would recommend.
