Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats, “Gem of the Oregon coast!” It’s ideal for families or groups up to 6 people, and very pet friendly! Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

We love our home and know you will as well. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. We have a Great Dane and know very well that you can't leave a family member at home. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.

Our cozy 1,100 sq ft. private home has nice "partial" ocean views. Just a 3 minute walk to the historic 804 walking trail~bluff and "rocky beach" for agate hunting and tide pools. Fun and easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants, our home is sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped with a private fenced yard in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.
