Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.

Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

Seal Rock Perch Getaway

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

"Sea Mist" Lovely Yachats Home-Partial Ocean Views

Our cozy 1,100 sq ft. private home has nice "partial" ocean views. Just a 3 minute walk to the historic 804 walking trail~bluff and "rocky beach" for agate hunting and tide pools. Fun and easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants, our home is sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped with a private fenced yard in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Yachats is truly the "Gem of the Oregon Coast".
