We LOVED our stay! Just a couple of things to add to what's been said before: - the first floor pool and lounge chairs are shaded (not the jacuzzi) so beach umbrellas aren't necessary unless you want them for the actual public sandy areas located in front of the ocean. The Duna Beach Club next door shuts down at 6:30pm and is NOT loud. We couldn't tell from the pictures where the second bunk room was located - it's on the first floor, along with the other bunk room and a king room. And even though the elevator is somewhat iffy, Saul is always there to help out. We cannot say enough nice things about Chef Kim and his son-everything was delicious, and so convenient! All wonderful!!!

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

The house was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect temperature and great for cooling off and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The location couldn’t have been better — right across from a fantastic beach club that made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. We also loved how centrally located the home was for visiting other beaches, local attractions, and even exploring the nearby pyramids. It truly felt like the best of all worlds.
