Monthly Rentals in Xiulin

Stayed here for a month. Amazing neighborhood, it is close to city and beach but still very quiet. If you are morning person you can see beautiful sunrise from viewpoint next to this Airbnb. It is about 15 mins walks to beach. There is restaurant in this Airbnb and there are many of mom and pop restaurants within 5 mins walk. 7 11 / Family Mart, McDonalds/KFC are all about 10 mins walk. It is in very quiet neighborhood so it is nice place to relax but you are close to everything. Host was really responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommend this place.

Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

Linda was the best host I have had using AirBnB so far. From the first moment, she was amazingly communicative, helpful, and friendly. Linda picked us up at the station, brought us home and showed us everything. She gave us tips and organized a whale watching trip for us, which was amazing. The whole home is super cozy and beautifully decorated and planned. The aircons keep You comfortable in any weather, the town has everything one needs, and it is mere 200 metres from the ocean.
