Come and enjoy this nice and unique place. A complete house. A spacious garden to play and enjoy the tranquility. Alone, with the two of you, the family, relatives, friends; very welcome. Take beautiful cycling and hiking tours in the floodplains. Close to the coziness of Nijmegen, shopping and eating out within 15 minutes by bike (2 bikes available). The house has a sleeping floor for 5 people, another cot can be added. There is a bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining table.

This room is quite big with a queen-sized bed and a children's bed (up to 10-12 years old). A small tea table coupled with two chairs are placed inside the room. Cooking is possible inside the room. On the same floor, we provide a private bathroom and toilet. Our house is located just outside the city center of Nijmegen. Two minutes (by walk) away from bus station and around five to ten minutes (by car) away from shopping center, museum and central train station of Nijmegen.

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. Fishing is not possible in the lake. The sauna garden can be booked on site.
