The accommodation is located in a beautiful quiet place and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very nice, clean and it has everything you need. From towels, coffee machine to the great terrace with BBQ. Communication was uncomplicated and the host was easily accessible! We'd love to come back!

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace overlooking the garden. The residential area is very quiet, to eat you make your way somewhere else. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

I booked Jennifer's apartment for a business trip. The small, well-equipped and clean apartment is located in a listed farmhouse in a quiet, rural location. It's a nice little studio with a great roof terrace. By bike you can reach the Maas or Venloer City in 5 minutes. We enjoyed it very much. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

Fantastic place in a quiet location, with a nice balcony. Good kitchen for preparing meals and a lovely living room to relax after a walk or day of cycling. Also nice are the many information brochures of Bocholt and the area. Jule and Philip thank you for the hospitality.

I was very happy to stay at Stephie's apartment for the second time. This was our second time in North Rhine-Westphalia. Last time we stayed for seven nights, this time it was eight nights.I talked to Stephie like an old friend, and this time I found that Edeka opposite was a lot more expensive, so she recommended us to go to Aldi nearby, and it was a lot cheaper. We cooked our own meals every day and rested well.I hope to stay here again next time I return to North Rhine-Westphalia.

The accommodation is absolutely lovingly decorated and very clean. I've never had such a well-equipped accommodation, it really has everything you could ask for. Beatrix was extremely accommodating, gave us valuable tips, and brought out a few extra toys, as it unfortunately rained a lot. The location is great for exploring the Lower Rhine. The children also liked to spend time at the window, and watch animals (deer, hawks, geese, woodpeckers, etc.). We fully recommend the place.

We arrived later than planned and were still able to check in 4 hours later than planned, everything was clean and it is really worth the price. You have everything you need

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely come back again!

Nice place for a short getaway on the Lower Rhine. Heike and Mike are very friendly and, although you are in the same house, you feel very private. The Edeka just around the corner is well stocked and there are plenty of bike paths leading to the different places in the area.

A very large and super equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: A hot tub - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes walk, you can be at the nearest subway station as well as a shopping center, yet very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect base for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. Communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I'm drawn to the area again, I'd love to stay here as a guest again!

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.

The apartment is great! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Just everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transportation is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And you also have shopping nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
