The farm is located on the edge of the forest and recreational lake 't Schaartven where you can swim publicly (free of charge) on the back meadow. The farmhouse has recently been very luxuriously renovated with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious garden has an XL hot tub (1x wood included, extra wood is available for a fee), fireplace, barbecue and parking.

The apartment is in the center of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dike and the Auesee. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Wald, the Auesee and much more on foot or by bike (5-10 min.). The beach is free and can be reached in 2.5 km by bike. There is also the new mini golf course, the marina and the airport (round trips). The Ruhr area, for example the Centro in Oberhausen is only 30 minutes away by car.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
