The farmhouse has recently been luxuriously renovated with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious garden has an XL hot tub (1x wood included, extra wood is available for a fee), fireplace, barbecue and parking.

Original room by the lake

Original, cozy room that was built 30 years ago as a party room and has been used as a living area for 20 years. With its own entrance in the basement of our guest house directly on the Xantener South Sea. Bed linens and towels are of course included. You are welcome to cater for yourself in our garden kitchen. Breakfast counter, fridge, coffee maker in the room. Unfortunately, there is little light, so it is especially suitable for inexpensive overnight stays for undemanding people.

They each have 2 large windows and a shared bathroom and are equipped with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bed and shelf. Public transport: 5 minutes' walk to the U72.
