All very nice, I loved the lighting project, I love the led above the bed and that sconce of the living room. The air is powerful, if there is no one in the room you can leave up to 16 degrees and be very comfortable in the room. Great condominium pools, with warm water to the right measure. Oi apartamente do Kaio is exactly like in the advertisement. One block from the beach in a very good location in Capão. The Bassani square is located on the sketch which is great for taking the children. The two splits of the apartment help a lot in this heat. I highly recommend the apartment!

The accommodations fully met the expectations, local exactly as advertised, well located, clean, organized and with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. The place has the use of biometrics, which gave us a lot of security. The host responded promptly to us in all our demands. I will return for sure!

Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available

Great stay in Capão da Canoa. Gabriel’s place was just what we needed. Spacious, clean and all the amenities including a pool. Place is close to one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Very enjoyable. Thank you Gabriel.

Our stadia in the apartment was excellent. The condominium has a great leisure option with pool and restaurant and very comfortable apartment. Rosana was a great host gave us all the instructions prior to arrival and when we need to ask questions. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
