For those looking for tranquility, located next to the LifePlus hospital, without having more buildings nearby, making it a great option for those who want to escape the traffic. 2 km from the beach, 5 minutes by car, also close to the biggest musical events on the coast, such as: Privilège and Maori 2 km away, and 5 km from Planeta Atlântida. Swimming pool, kids space and fitness center in the building.

Fully flat house, 4 bedrooms, large garden, with parking space, barbecue kiosk and exclusive swimming pool. It has all amenities for a great stay. Integrated dining room, kitchen and living room environment, with air conditioning. It has Sky and Wi-Fi. We have 4 beach and parasol chairs. Casa is 150 meters from the beach. A complete property waiting for you to enjoy great days on the beach.

Be very welcome ! The condominium offers you and your family many amenities and comfort. Casa n° 359, is located on block 13, in front of the pool and club, on the main avenue. The Condo is located +- 400 m from the beach (4 blocks) 15 minutes on foot. On the beach, there is a support house where umbrellas and chairs are available during the summer.

A charming house is surrounded by well-maintained greenery, featuring a spacious porch with several chairs. Palm trees and flowering shrubs create a relaxing atmosphere. A stone walkway leads up to the entrance, emphasizing the home's inviting façade.
