Wonderful experience! The house is extremely comfortable, brand new, cozy and beautiful! The hosts, Neuza and Silvio, are so helpful and sweet. The area of the kiosk and pool is very showy and the rooms are beautiful. Our family vacation was a delight in this house! We definitely plan to come back more often!

The helpful host, clean environment, we miss a smart TV to watch other programming, in addition to Globo and Band (only TV channels in operation). The great location, sleeps 8 people peacefully. Three full bathrooms plus a second-floor washroom.

Excellent house, super clean and fragrant, very well equipped, super cozy, comfortable, with great bathrooms, soft beds, large living room and kitchen, super fresh and quite ventilated house. The lawn is huge and we enjoyed playing ball, frisbee, sipping chimarron in the shade of the trees, playing with our dogs who loved the stay too :D (house exactly as in the pictures). Location is super safe, close to the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, center, the neighbors are "fine people"... We had a wonderful few days at Ana's house, we were able to rest, enjoy and go back to the city routine with the renewed energy... If the house is available for rent we will come back for sure. Ana and her family are in love with people and we feel good and at home. Super we love everythingooo and recommend it!!!!!

Indeed the openings are a bit difficult to open and close, I believe it is common to all beachfront houses. Despite this, we had no problem with the front doors (as quoted in the previous review), they may have been fixed. The neighbors were very friendly in our stay. Claudia always answered questions quickly and the caretaker was always very helpful. The microwave had already been fixed and the house was quite clean when we arrived. The location is wonderful, by the sea and at a point not so full of Xangrila, because it is at the beginning of the beach. Supermarket super close.

Claudia was a excellent host. We spent the 2025 Carnival at its accommodation in Xangri-la and everything was great. The house is very large, cozy and very well located. I recommend it!

The condominium is very good, extremely organized and with several activities. Our 16- and 14-year-old daughters loved it, as they were doing activities until late in the condominium. We liked it so much that we ended up buying a house here. About Patrícia's house, it was super organized and she passed on all the rules and explanations. The house and condominium are excellent! The house is very large and wonderful for families! Everything is very organized and a house with care and facilities that everyone likes. Hosts have given us a lot of attention and gave us tips to make the most of hosting. It was a pleasure being able to stay at their place!

The house corresponds exactly to the one described, being perfect for a quiet stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, Internet functioning normally, with good speed/stability, good beds and showers. Quiet and complete condo, with open pool and other indoor (heated), tennis court, beach tennis, soccer fields, food-trucks, market and restaurant. Counted with recreation and my kids loved it. Also, it has a support house on the beach, where they provide chair and parasol, in addition to allowing a bath to take the sand at the return of the beach. I recommend it and we will definitely return!!

The village met my expectations and that of my family. The central location and also close to the beach was a determining factor of choice. The house sleeps 8 well. The house space is very spacious, providing a lot of comfort. Janaína is very available and easy to communicate with.

We had another great experience in our stay! Ary is an extremely attentive host, always helpful and ready to help. This is already the fourth time we have stayed with him, and we have always been very pleased with the hosting and his attention. He is a kind, polite and always available person to ensure the best for the guests. The condominium is excellent, with a complete structure: swimming pool, transportation leading from the condominium door to the beach and a beachside paradise with bathroom and restaurant. In addition, the condominium offers parasol, chairs and stalls, which makes the beach experience even more comfortable. The house is very cozy and well-equipped, with all the necessary household utensils. It has air conditioning in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms, while the third bedroom has a fan. In the back of the house there is barbecue and a small lawn. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly we will return again
