Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Xangri-lá

We want to thank Cristina for her hospitality, the house is wonderful, very comfortable, super well decorated. The condominium has all the infrastructure for a season with family and kids. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

Everything was great. We enjoyed all the spaces, especially the pool. Highlight for the super quiet neighborhood.

Accommodation as they were in the photos, clean pool, large and clean house, complete utensils great for family or going with friends, near Capão da Canoa. The only thing that didn't work well was the TV. After contacting Carla about how to turn it on, the TV turned on, but no channel worked, so we had to go out to watch the Brazil World Cup game.

The house corresponds with the advertisement, wide, well airy and impeccable! We are super satisfied with the quality offered, with the wide choice of restaurants and markets, with the location, and with Vanessa's attention with us, guests!

The house is wonderful!! Very well equipped, clean, wide, and located close to the beach and also to restaurants and markets. The high point is the contact with nature: the terrain is large and well wooded. The hostess welcomed us very well and provided all necessary support.

Very cozy, beautiful, comfortable, spacious house with a well-enclosed patio in the front and back. We and our little dogs felt at home, the energy of the place is very good. Anne was very sweet, attentive and helpful, I highly recommend her as a host. Our check-in and check-out was with the neighbor in front, who was also very nice to us. The house is very close to the sea, markets and avenue. Voltaremos =)

great apartment, good location, we went to Planeta Atlântida and it was within walking distance, it is close to Praça Roubadinhas and the beach too, Vitória was super attentive, gave local tips for clubs and restaurants when I needed them

The apto is great, very well located, close to the beach and on one of the main avenues. It was organized and clean, it had an equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. I really enjoyed it!

Bright, ventilated, spacious, well built, safe, well located, with easy access, etc...You feel at home and with easy access to the beach at any time of the day. Owners are thoughtful and kind. This was my second stay at Andre’s place and it turned to be another good one. The beach is just a short walk away and there’s nice cafés and restaurants also within walking distance. We had an amazing time and would definately book the next time!

Nataly is an extremely attentive person, careful with the comfort of her guests. The house is much more than what the photos show, with plenty of space, a fantastic pool and also a very complete set of kitchen utensils.
