The flat is beautifully and newly decorated. It's extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Great location in the centre of Cromer and near the seafront. The outdoor space was a bonus with a view of the church. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had such a lovely few days at this place - the location was incredible, right by the beach, great walks, as well as the shop, pub and playground in the village and great restaurants in the surrounding area. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

David was very responsive and helpful. Great little place in a convenient location, lots of stuff nearby. Be aware access to parking space really tight but doable unless you have a big car. Not a problem for me but might be for others!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

What a gem! We had a fabulous stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest, relax & explore. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, cosy & very well appointed. We didn’t need to get back in the car until the day we left - everything was within walking distance!

We loved our stay in Michelle's apartment. It is so bright and airy, we loved the huge windows and the peaceful beautiful views. The apartment was extremely clean, the beds very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos, check in was extremely easy and Mark met us when we arrived. We requested a late check out and this was arranged within half an hour of asking, Michelle is extremely responsive to messages, and very friendly too. The grounds are gorgeous, lovely seating area in the garden, off road parking space too. The apartment is in a lovely area and easily walkable to Cromer beach through the woods next to the Country Club. We stayed a week and would have loved even longer! The only thing we would recommend would be curtains in the second bedroom as it gets very light through closed blinds in the morning. The location is ideal for Cromer and we also travelled by car a short distance to Blakely, Cley, Sandringham, Holt. Thanks Michelle x

We loved our weekend at Reydon, it was an extremely comfortable cottage, beautifully decorated and furnished plus in a quiet location only minutes from Southwold. Would definitely stay again.

Julia could not have been more accommodating and flexible. She went over and above to not only make us feel extremely welcome but to assist us with any requests we made throughout our stay. The cottage is wonderful - it's very well equipped and a really comfy / peaceful place to stay. Before and after a day's work, it was great to be able walk direct from the front door into lovely countryside - a real tonic. We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

La Cappanna was such a lovely little gem which we found and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend! The beach was only a two minute walk away and was so quiet and there was lots of public footpaths to explore and plenty to see and do within an hours drive away! Happisburgh lighthouse is beautiful! 🤩 As for the accommodation itself - it is much bigger than the pictures look and it has a really secure garden if you are wanting to bring your dog 🐾 - and a big plus that the beds are so comfy and the bed linen is lovely and fresh on arrival! - as well as a little goodie bag with treats for humans and dogs; a nice little touch that you don’t get in many places and made you feel right at home! We will be back one day and will highly recommend to friends and family! Thankyou so much again Tommy and Naomi ❤️

Clean, comfortable & well presented with everything that is required for good Airbnb. Lovely outdoor space, very peaceful. Easy access to Southwold - can recommend Mrs T's for fish & chips at the harbour ( rapeseed oil !)

We selected Tobias' place for the location, as we have young children and elderly parents who struggle to walk far. Very close to the beach and town. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. A lot of thought has been put into the decor. The snacks, milk and Prosecco were a lovely touch. The house was nice and warm which is welcome after a long day at the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. Tobias was very responsive, we would definitely stay again if we come back to Sherringham!

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

A beautiful place next to the water in such a peaceful, calm location in Norfolk. A lovely place to relax and take a break. The property was clean and easy to find with the clear instructions received prior to arrival. The pub at the end of the drive is great and the coast wasn't far away by car. Verity communicated well and responded to any messages I had. Thank you again!

Had the apartment as a base to visit relatives at Erpingham. Sherringham was a great location. We were close to the town and coast. Great for commuting to all the lovely sites of North Norfolk. The apartment was very relaxing and had everything we needed. Definitely would choose it again for another visit.

A great place, just as described and shown! Perfectly placed in the city centre for whatever your plans are! Jemma is a lovely host who is clear, prompt and helpful in communication! An all round fantastic place and host!

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!
