Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Heilbronn and Neckarsulm can be reached in a few minutes by country road. Shopping on site (partly with a short walk): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, various bakeries. Recreation: The natural monument Waldheide, the Stadtseebachtal and the castle ruins of Weibertreu invite you to take a walk. Within walking distance of the apartment!

The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. There is also plenty of space for our little guests to play and discover.

Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. We look forward to welcoming families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
