Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. The apartment is on the 2nd floor on a side street of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The nearest S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 3-minute walk, from there you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by arrangement.

Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.
