The stay at Friedhelm's was great from start to finish! I spent 4.5 months with Friedhelm. Everything was as described and I felt very comfortable. If I had any questions, Friedhelm was always available and otherwise I had the top floor of the house to myself. The apartment was very nice, bus connection, parking available, but also a bicycle was provided to me. I can only recommend it and you can look forward to a great host!

I myself was not there, but rented the apartment for my family, who were in an emergency situation. Here we fortunately came across the nice hostess Vanessa, who was extremely flexible and helpful in responding to our needs. We can only recommend the apartment and hostess and were very pleased with the warm interaction, especially with the children.

We were allowed to stay in a beautiful apartment that was equipped with everything you need! Everything was very clean and the beds super comfortable. Unfortunately, only the Wi-Fi was not so good. We wanted to work from home in the accommodation, which was unfortunately hardly possible.

Absolutely fantastic place! Pristine. Location was perfect. View was perfect. Everything you need to have a stress free visit. Of note is that the entrance is on the back side (opposite the street and river) of the building and up the metal stairs. There is a shop downstairs so we were a little confused because we arrived after dark. Everything was absolutely first class! Rent it!

A real oasis of well-being. The house is renovated and furnished with a lot of love and taste. The location is perfect, the garden is spacious and superbly equipped with garden furniture for every mood. Recommended for every season with a fireplace inside and a grill outside. We stayed with our children (3 and 7) for a short vacation with Christoph and Franzi. You immediately felt at home. The characteristic half-timbered house has been lovingly renovated and modernized with attention to the details. There were plenty of play opportunities for the children outside as well as indoors, so variety is provided. Communication was straightforward, lightning fast, and accommodating. Good check-in using a key box. Beautiful house with good amenities and very nice large garden. The kids could play and romp around. The landlady is very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We can recommend the place and will also be happy to come back ourselves.

A very nice, clean, maintained and spacious accommodation. Access was easy. The property is centrally located in Steinhuder and walking distance to the sea with nice restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. Supermarkets and a bakery are a 5-minute walk away. Communication was friendly and it was quick to respond to messages by the owner. We will be happy to come back!

Lisa is a very warm and great host and always great to reach. We also got a sweet Easter greeting in front of the door. The apartment is quite enchanting and idyllic. It is very clean and modern and lovingly furnished. We felt right at home and would happily come back. A great vacation all around. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We felt very comfortable. We were able to use the oven for a discount of €5 for the wood, which was completely ok for us. Hand soap in the bathroom was the only point I would have to complain about :) Since shower kit and shampoo were available, that wasn't too bad either. The shutters were also great to be able to sleep longer :)

Our stay with Irene and Micha was really nice. The two are very warm, open and helpful hosts and the place is comfortable and spacious. You can tell that someone has thought about the furnishings and it has everything you need. The view from the large balcony is fantastic and the area is wonderfully quiet. Nevertheless, both the city center and many excursion destinations can be reached quickly from there. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We felt at home right from the beginning and there is nothing missing in the apartment. There are lots of information about things to do in the region. When the weather is nice, Dr Garden offers relaxation with push-ups. We will be back!

We stayed at the property for three days and felt very much at home. Jutta received us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. The apartment was very well equipped. For our 1.5-year-old daughter, extra toys, a high chair and a travel cot were also provided.

In the apartment we felt right at home. The apartment is completely homely and very quiet. There is everything you need. Great was the large bathroom. We will be happy to come back.
