Tiny House at Steinhuder Meer - 200 m to the swimming island

"steinbhude_am_meer" The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the bathing island (about 3 minutes' walk) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bike rentals can also be found there

Fancy the sea? Great vacation rental in Mardorf am Steinhuder Meer. The apartment (75sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. The bedrooms have a bed of 1.60 x 2 m and 1.40 x 2 m each. The living room is comfortably furnished. Washer and dryer are available, the kitchen is well equipped.

Beautiful and unique Weserwohnung. They spend a nice and carefree time. In the historic boat house, directly on the banks of the river Weser. The apartment is directly in Hameln, the Pied Piper town. With the well-known Weserrenaissance. But you get the feeling to be alone for yourself. A wonderful place to rest and re-sort the thoughts and still be in life. The apartment was only ecologically renovated in May 2017 and newly furnished.

The apartment is located just a few meters from Limmer Straße, the lively and bustling main street of the Hanoverian district of Linden. Trendy cafes and cool shops can be found everywhere here. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. The apartment has two rooms with kitchen, bathroom, storage room and a large terrace. The rooms are stylishly decorated. I have been living in this apartment and this neighborhood since 2021 and am a huge fan.

Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

In this small and cozy studio apartment you will find everything you need for a short vacation. Warm up in the communal sauna. And outside, the proximity to the sea invites you to swim, hike, cycle or just relax. Visit restaurants and cafes in Steinhude and in the nearby district towns of Neustadt am Rübenberge and Wunstorf. The Dini Park is highly recommended with children.

The apartment is about 50 meters from the sea, with balcony, side sea view. The main entrance to the house is on the west side. On the east side, there are parking spaces that are not freely accessible and a private side entrance. Contact is possible via cell phone number or email. Non-smoking apartment.
