The bright cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a former restaurant and measures about 60 m2. Very close to Lake Lake Lake, the medieval town of Duderstadt and the university town of Göttingen is located in the middle of the Eichsfeld, the small town of Lake Constance. From here you can explore the surroundings by foot or by bicycle as part of smaller and larger bicycle tours. The Harz National Park with Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken, is suitable for hiking.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. Free wi-fi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Parking in the yard. Small area, not visible for motorcycles and bicycles

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Charming basement apartment in a quiet location.✨ Our lovingly renovated basement apartment offers a cozy retreat. It was furnished with a lot of dedication and has a modern yet warm style. We, that is Maurice, our two sons and I, live in the house ourselves. 🔑 The apartment has a separate entrance and you can, if you like, easily remove the key from a key box. I will also be happy to welcome you personally.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
