Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x permanent tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the assessment criteria. Internet access: 100 MBits.

We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Parking in the yard. Small area, not visible for motorcycles and bicycles

Arrive and feel good! Our small charming apartment invites you to idyllic vacation days in the Harz. It is perfect for two people who want to enjoy a relaxing break. Hiking trails start right outside the door, free parking is available. The center of the mountain town of Bad Grund with restaurants, shopping and the newly renovated brine indoor pool are a few minutes' walk away. The cave adventure center and the world forest are about 2 km away.

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a particularly quiet location with a view of the Leinetal. The newly furnished apartment is located in a new building from 2024. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with large living-dining area, a shower room and a bedroom for up to two people (bed 1.40*2.00 m). A sofa bed (1.40*2.00 m) allows the accommodation to be occupied by up to four people. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

My small Pony Pension is located directly on the Way of St. James next to 3 larger riding stables in a horse-friendly area. You look in the green and on horse pastures. Own animals in the apartment are not allowed. if you stay as a pillgrim we can talk about the price.

Vacation home in Seeburg - short break -

Our cozy wooden log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the edge of the conservation area and the lake shore. Lake Seeburg with leisure activities and gastronomy is a 10-minute walk away.
