This place is absolutely amazing, clean, quiet and very comfortable all round. It is situated right in the heart of Chester, everything is walkable. Restaurants galore. we would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Chester. Beautiful.

Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

Nicholas is a very responsive, kind host. We stayed for a month while looking for a permanent rental after moving from Ireland and there was space to store our suitcases. Easy parking out front, nearby Tesco and short walk to Queens park. He sent a message to see how we were getting on but otherwise let us be. He has an impressive collection of politically and economically themed books which we enjoyed browsing.

The place was very nice. The old style vibe around the house very cool. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the place. Also the the new grill installed is a nice touch.

Great place to stay, easy enough to find and check in. Very friendly host and members in reception, place was clean and comfortable and the hot tub is a great touch!

The cottage was better than in the pictures, it was like something out of a fairytale! So pretty and peaceful, and although chilly at times, the fire was fantastic and warmed everything up nicely. I would like to add that the bed in the main bedroom was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in! A wonderful trip away and we highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a short stay Friday-Sunday! What I will say is the photos do not do this property justice! It is so much bigger than the photos look and spacious. 4 bedrooms with lots of space for storage, separate kitchen, dining area, lounge (which is on the first floor), large hallway, 2 bathrooms on different floors and even a small office which we used as a getting ready station as the natural light was amazing! The property was full of amenities and all the things needed for a short comfy stay!!! I have read in some reviews about the noise from the nightclub although you could hear people passing by it was fine and has to be excepted with the location if you want to be central to everything!!! Super easy instructions to get in and the conditions in terms of what to do when you leave. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heart beat! Thank you!!!!
