Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Wrexham Principal Area

The nicest Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in! We could not fault our stay at Matt and Claire’s place! My wife has been unwell for some time and we needed a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The Oaks absolutely hit the spot. Very easy check in where we actually met Matt, Claire, their lovely daughter and 2 gorgeous dogs! When we got inside it totally exceeded our expectations, the photos do not do it justice! Being a clean freak myself the oaks was cleaned to perfection and everything looks pristine, in order and ready for use. There were booklets with multiples recommendations of which we sought out (we would recommend the gorge little book shops). It was just so welcoming and relaxing, we loved the privacy of the hot tub which was immaculate, and checked daily to ensure safety. Matt and Claire were amazing hosts and we can’t wait to stay again, only for longer next time! Looking to head back over in summer! Total perfection and worth every penny!! Fabulous house in the most beautiful, serene setting. Gorgeous interiors, and we felt instantly at home. The house was really comfortable (particularly great beds and pillows) and Zoe was a very generous host. We’ll be back!

The house was beautiful and very well located. Will definitely consider staying again but maybe in the spring/summer as we found the house a little cold in the evenings/overnight.

We cannot recommend Tan Y Garth enough. Staying there was an adventure in itself: atmospheric, clean and set in spectacular surroundings. The best thing about Tan Y Garth were our hosts. There was a fierce storm during our stay resulting in a power outage covering the whole of Wales. Janet and Derek worked tirelessly to make sure we were warm, able to cook, able to see! We ate supper by candlelight and some electric light, round a roaring fire, took hot baths by candlelight and Derek even restored Wi-Fi and made sure we could listen to music! It was a truly memorable weekend and we will definitely be back to enjoy Tan y Garth in more clement conditions!

Stayed here with my friends for my boyfriends birthday and we had an amazing time. The place looked exactly like the pictures and there was something for everyone to do. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will 100% book again.

Lovely place and really great host - top communication and instructions. Would 100% go back. Only down side is downstairs shower pressure but it does the job!

We had a great stay at Church Walks. The property was exactly as described, spacious and well laid out, we were able to relax after fun days out around Gwynedd and Conwy. Clear instruction on how everything works and some good recommendations for what to do in the area. Llandudno itself is a beautiful Victorian seaside town, with lots of places to eat and drink. The property is located in a quiet spot but still with easy walking distance of the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great value for a great place to stay. A short drive away from the busy centre of Llangollen so it was very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful welsh surroundings literally on the door step. Hosts were very friendly but as they’d organised the accommodation so well, we didn’t really need to bother them! The house has everything needed for a short stay to make our stay all the more convenient. I will definitely recommend to my friends with their families! Diolch yn fawr

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

Great two nights stay, while visiting family member in Chester Uni (only 20 min from Chester). Comfortable and fully equipped. My old two dogs enjoyed fully fenced garden. Welcome goodies -wine, pastry, milk and dog biscuits- much appreciated!! Picturesque village with lots of walks and lovely atmosphere- Holt castle within walking distance. Nice host, clear instructions, easy to find. Highly recommended.

Lovely little place. Loved the hot tub and the swinging chairs on the balcony. So peaceful! Had everything we needed for our stay. Gary was very helpful and friendly and communication was great. Would definitely recommend! Carlito's pizza, a 2 minute walk outside The Park Place Pub is a must too. Absolutely delicious.

It’s a great location. When you step out it’s just the beach. It’s not a busy location- calm and secluded just next to the high street. You can see the sunrise from your bedroom which is decorated well. Ideal for a family of 4 or a couple. Would highly recommend this place

Returned again . The apartment feels like our second home, cosy.lovely decor,relaxing ,convenient for shops & restaurants & with no worry about parking. Michelle is a great host. We will be back & would not hesitate to recommend.
