But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it attracts that the window gets stuck and crumbles here as the plaster, you should definitely read on and visit the "house on the hill".

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Lechbruck is quite small, but has a good infrastructure: 3 supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, various restaurants and an Italian ice cream shop.

Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.
