Annemarie's cottage is large, beautiful, clean and well appointed. The photos and info in the description exactly match the actual listing. Annemarie is always available and very knowledgeable. The property is very secluded and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the very good value for money and the excellent cancellation policy (in case something goes wrong). We will definitely visit this place again as soon as there is another North Sea trip.

Very nice vacation semi-detached house! Bright and modernly furnished and very clean. A great playroom in the attic, with unfortunately a somewhat steeper spiral staircase. We also enjoyed the flexible check-in very much.

Annemary's house is remote but right on the dike. There is no immediate access to the mudflats, but we were not looking for it either. For us, the location with 8 people was ideal because it was spacious, well equipped and clean. For children, there was everything children needed: toys and space. There would have been play equipment and a pool outside, but it wasn't the turn of it in the late fall. We visited the Klimahaus and zoo by sea in Bremerhaven by ferry from Nordenham. The kids loved the ferry ride, and the Klimahaus is the seafront zoo, which is manageable but quite attractive. Our conclusion. Great location, friendly hostess, good amenities and quiet, but not completely secluded.

The vacation home was very cozy, clean and comfortably furnished. It felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable. The free use of the swimming pool and play barn were optimal for us, we used these facilities a lot. The proximity to the North Sea was great. We can fully recommend this property.

Hi (or Moin) Everyone! in advance: book quickly if the listing is still available. We loved the place - a large playground is outside the door. In 5 minutes by bike you are on the beach, in less than 20 minutes by car you can reach all "large" beaches. The highlight was the indoor playground in the attic, where the rabbits (3 and 4 years) could really let off steam. Go to Amenities: just fantastic, both sauna and hot tub are worth it!! Overall great experience - we will come again for sure.

We had a very nice time with Anja and Kai. The welcome was very warm and also in between the two were always concerned for our well-being. The house is very quaint as described. You can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. For us, it was good that we had bikes with us. This allows you to be flexible and the area is great to explore.

We had a wonderful stay at a really great thoughtful house where we lacked nothing. Even many everyday consumables were provided, and you were welcomed with a little love attention. Cleanliness is also commendable. The proximity to Bremerhaven (in 10 min. you reach the port) and also the close proximity to the mall is perfect. We felt very comfortable.

For a short vacation in Bremen and Syke, the apartment was superbly located. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. If we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The contacts with the landlords were very friendly and helpful. The connection to the S-Bahn is super good. Only next door the big construction site was a bit disturbing. Otherwise everything was great!

The house is beautifully quiet and offered enough space for our family. We especially liked the extra children's room with a loft bed on the ground floor, the children could play in peace and we still always had an eye on them. The kitchen was well equipped, even if sometimes small plates were missing, but that didn't bother us. The bathroom was very clean and the free washing machine also helped us out of a bind in the dreary weather! The beds were very comfortable and the shutters did the rest for a restful night. Stair gates were also installed above and below. From the vacation home you can take many different excursions with only a short drive, which we found particularly great & also the large couch in the living room is always a plus for us as a family. Communication with the landlady was wonderful. She prepared everything for us in advance and individual questions were answered promptly, very friendly!

The perfect example of what an Airbnb should be. The house and location were beautiful and so tranquil. The garden is fantastic and the house had everything you would possibly need. The best thing was the hospitality. Petra left some lovely surprises for our son and our dog, and after a long day of driving it was a wonderful surprise. The perfect experience.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Ayse. The house is large and it is wonderfully quiet there on the dike. We had everything we needed for a short winter break. We were particularly pleased that we were able to extend our stay by one night at short notice due to the weather forecast. We will be happy to come back.

We came for a family reunion and Isabel and Sven’s beautiful home was the perfect place to be together. The house is tastefully curated and we weren’t missing anything. The garden is magical and we went for nice walks in nature. It’s only a short drive to Stade to explore the beautiful town. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

We were with a group of friends over New Year's Eve at the property. The house is spacious, well equipped, clean and cozy. Although it is located in a vacation village, you are among yourselves and can relax well. Communication was friendly and straightforward - Rebecca even provided us with Prosecco and streamers.
