Anna and Andrew were super welcoming. Both of them are artists, so the house they own is culturally rich--you see many artworks and souvenirs. Anna's husband, Andrew, could tell us the stories behind the artworks and souvenirs from different countries with dazzling enthusiasm. When Andrew heard of my violin background, he brought me a violin to play. My attempt on that violin wasn't perfect, but I felt good enough. At Anna's house, you learn lessons in dining etiquette, cultural differences, and aesthetic tastes. There is no question about the service quality at Anna's house, but the experience you get exceeds what you pay. I sincerely wish Anna's family to stay healthy and have fun with visitors from all over the world.

There are super hosts - then there are extraordinary hosts like Henry and Lykke. They made us feel like honored family friends from the moment we met them. Our room was super comfortable, and it was made all the better by the friendly smiles and stories from our hosts who are life-long residents of the area. Their well-maintained common areas like the beautiful back deck area overlooking the river made us love Stratford all the more. Free, safe parking was great as their location was perfect for walking everywhere and we didn't even need the car. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied with many great choices - including lovely scrambled eggs! This was the perfect spot for my sister's 50th birthday weekend enjoying Stratford and I would HIGHLY recommend these amazing hosts for every visit to the area.

This was my first visit at Mr. Andrew's place, and likely the first of many! Andrew was very kind, courteous, helpful with communications, flexibile with checkin, and extremely attentive to my preferences. The location is right on one of the main streets in Stratford. You're a comfortable short mile, or about a kilometer, from downtown, the theatres, and maybe double that, to even more shopping and dining options, to the east on that way out of town. The breakfast they treated me to was amazing...a great blend of Chinese offerings, complemented by a traditional American breakfast. The space, the location, the food, my hosts -- just terrific! Looking forward to my next visit there!

I went to this True B&B because the reviews were so very positive. I expected a lovely charming home and a great sleep and a wonderful breakfast. I expected a lovely host, and to feel welcome and at home. Even my high expectations were surpassed. Read the reviews to understand what a gem this is. Excellent value. Don’t expect to be hungry for lunch if Theresa feeds you breakfast unless you eat before 7:00 am!!!

Anna's place was really cozy and was plenty of space for 3 adults. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good! Anna and Andrew were great hosts and very friendly, helpful and accomodating. It was a great stay and exactly what we needed.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Sue and Al's! They were AMAZING hosts and we felt right at home. It really added to the experience to stay here, as they were both so so knowledgeable in Theatre and the area!! We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Stratford :D!!! 5 stars, we will most definitely be back!!

We had a great one-night stay with Lykke and Henry in their lovely traditional B&B. Easy stress-free check-in, room and amenities just as described. Beautiful historic home. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and theatre. We hope to stay again.

We had a great stay at Tailwinds. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was fantastic! Very welcoming atmosphere. Amazing hosts! Highly recommend!

We’ve been to many b&bs through the years and Kevin and Rachelle’s place was by far the best experience. Comfortable and very clean accommodation in a beautiful Ontario cottage with stunning gardens. Breakfast was delicious and our omelette was perfectly cooked. The hosts were helpful without being intrusive. Most importantly, they very kindly drove us to the theater twice so we could escape the torrential rains. Top recommendation! Thanks for opening up your home.

What a wonderful b&b! I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The breakfast was superb. Judy, Chuck, and Misty (the cat) were so kind to us. It was the ideal place to rest our heads for the night.

This might be the best bed-and-breakfast in all of Canada! So glad we stumbled across it. Everything was immaculately clean, and the beds unbelievably comfortable, and so nice to have a little sitting room upstairs. And the breakfast Betty served this morning was so above and beyond! We feel so pampered. Cannot recommend this little gem highly enough!

Joanne is very friendly and helpful. She even drove me to and from a local appointment and cooked and shared dinner with me and the other house guests. She also let me stay a little past the regular check-out time because I had an online class. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet with the washroom just across the hall. Since the temperature was deopping that night, Joanne put a little space heater in the room to make it more comfortable. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel right at home.

Judith and her husband were marvellous hosts, very welcoming and always had a smile on their face. We were doing volunteer work for a major event and needed a quiet place to stay as we were working from early mornings to late evenings. The queen bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a bonus. I would definitely recommend Judith’s place for a quiet place to stay.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and they worked with my dietary restrictions, and the room was well furnished, spotless, and extremely comfortable! I had a wonderful time, would recommend to all, and will definitely be back!

My friend and I stayed at Vern's place this weekend for a night away and I can not say enough about Vern and his fantastic place! I would give it 6 stars if I could!! Vern was so lovely from the moment he greeted us at the door upon our arrival to all of the little details like turning down the bed at night and leaving us delicious local chocolate, and chatting with us about local venues. The breakfast was fantastic, a gourmet quality and was served promptly at 9. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was out of this world with every little detail you can imagine. We loved Stratford and will most definitely come back regularly and will absolutely stay at Vern's!

What a beautiful place to stay. So nicely decorated, clean, spacious, private and very comfortable. The building and grounds are beautifully built and we loved the gardens and view from your balcony. Sheryl adds so many small little touches that make you feel so welcome. Everything you need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Centrally located between St Jacobs and Stratford...perfect! So much to do in the area. We will be back soon!

The house is marvellous and such a historic gem! Beautiful gardens and a very comfortable sleep. Jodie's detailed recommendations for what to visit and where to eat were helpful and we enjoyed a really great dinner just down the street. Breakfast was self-catered and very generous. We loved our stay!! The house is absolutely pristine and decorated beautifully. So nice to have the downtown so close.

Beautiful home and rooms with a personal touch! Each room has a fridge in it and you are welcome to use the whole home. Jody makes you feel very welcome and has a lovely breakfast in the morning. She's located in a great area which is nice to walk in if you bring your fur baby. She and her family are super welcoming, and her own fur babies are very gentle and friendly. There is a coffee maker in each room as well as a few sodas in the fridge. Nice central location.

Vern’s place is extremely convenient for theatre goers. It is within 15 minutes walk to both Tom Patterson and Avon theatre. You can also walk to festival theatre along the river. It takes about 25 minutes. Vern prepares delicious breakfast and their bernedoodles are a bonus!!

Joanne was responsive and helpful! Just slept here for the night while at the Canadian open. Very hospitable and convenient!
