Lovely home from home, well laid out with all you need for a short break. Good selection of kitchen items, clean shower room with great water pressure and a very comfy bed. Small area of garden set aside for guest use which was a relaxing spot to read with a coffee in the morning. Adjacent footpath leads to wooded area but only a short walk into the village too. Very happy with our stay here and would hope to be able to book again next time we come to the area. Hosts left us to it, but were available if needed and friendly when we saw them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely location for visiting our son who lives nearby. Excellent accommodation which made our weekend trip very enjoyable. The hosts were very attentive and helpful would definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

Absolutely loved this Air BnB. Really warm and cozy. Its much bigger than the pictures! Gabrielle was warm, friendly and accommodating. The area is beautiful, secure, safe and quiet with some beautiful walks. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, a fridge, freezer and washing machine. Would we return again? Definitely 😀

Beccy’s annexe is a charming and comfortable place for a couple or a single. Beccy has provided all you need in the kitchen and bathroom, and generously provides coffee, tea, milk and biscuits 😁. It was very welcoming. The Annexe is quiet, and the off street secure parking is great. It’s walkable to Newbury centre. Highly recommend, but you do need to be able to do stairs
