Grayson’s air bnb was amazing, we loved the views and the hot tub was a perfect touch, not to mention everything was clean! Only thing we regretted was not booking a longer stay! Definitely would recommend it, it was a great time and we plan to come back soon!

Shelly’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was a beautiful and secluded location in the mountains. But it was also easy to find and close enough to town. We enjoyed the privacy, how well thought out the house was designed, and all the wonderful amenities of the house. Shelly was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home,was right in the middle of Cripple Creek and Colorado Springs which is exactly what we needed.The house is beautiful and all the little things provided makes you feel right at home!

We felt right at home. It was wonderful to come home to a cozy backyard and hot tub after a day of touring.

This place was beautiful! It was very clean, and had all the amenities you could think of. The host was responsive. The beds were super comfortable! I liked that it had a garage to park your car. Our entire family loved our stay. I also felt super safe and the location was great!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5! Brooks was incredibly helpful as we booked the property the same day as check in due to an issue with a different house we had reserved. Brooks helped us resolve our very stressful situation quickly and we walked in the home an hour after booking it! Thanks for saving our vacation!!

Great experience! Jacquie was proactive, responsive and always kind with communication. We asked for a couple recommendations and she was quick to respond. Location is close to downtown and a really cool park. There’s currently a lot of construction and it feels like this area is just on the edge of progress. Everything inside was really nice, house was very clean, beds were comfortable and everything you might need is clearly labeled for easy access.

The house is near many wonderful spots , the Garden of the Gods,Pike Peak, Red Rock Canyon, Manitou Springs, Eleven Mile Canyon, Riding on horses and many more. In this place you won’t have time to be bored. I will happily go back there agin. A huge thank you to the owner of this house.

Our stay at this home exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t get over the views at this place! Just remarkable! We spent many mornings on the deck, drinking coffee and just being in absolute awe! Few things stood out to us in the home, firstly the room fans, they had different speed levels you could control by the remote! If you’re someone who has to sleep cool and likes it cold, open a window and turn the fan on and I promise you’ll sleep like a baby! If you’re a warm sleeper well the master bedroom has a fireplace! It warmed us right up after time in the hot tub! We enjoyed our time at the home just as much as we did with all the area hiking, train ride to the peak, dinosaur excursions, the wolf and wildlife center, water rafting and garden of the gods! The theatre room provided so much needed relaxing , loved the coziness! All the beds were comfy and had great pillows!! My husband wanted me to find out where the pillows were from! We loved it here!

Had a fantastic weekend with my wife and 10 year old niece. The house is very clean, quiet, and has a homey feel that was very comforting and cozy. It is a great location with an easy walk to the Hungry Bear and other main street locations, but far enough from the highway that we never heard the traffic. Roger was very helpful and got us all set up when we arrived.

This place was so wonderful. The first thing my husband said when he walked in was, can we come back next year? 😆 This place was so well thought out, everything you need for children, and the whole family! The kitchen was so well stocked, my friend thought I packed Pyrex 😆 because no Airbnb invests in something like Pyrex, we’re all huge cooks and loved it. The knives were great. The pans were great. The oven worked perfectly. Two beautiful tables, one on the outdoor porch and one inside, both face pikes peak Summit and it was just awesome to enjoy a dinner with family at night with that view! We also loved sitting out at night on the porch, it’s so quiet and beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. As the sun is going down the beautiful quaking aspen face the large windows in the living areas, my husband would turn on records every night, they have an amazing set up with a fantastic collection of old records. Beds were comfortable, and this location was great, close to everythin

It was a great stay. We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our family of 7. John was super responsive and immediately answered questions before and during the stay. The only minor complaint is that Apple Maps took us to the driveway of the business just before it on the road, because it did not recognize their new driveway. We had to know where to turn in based on what the pictures looked like of the house.

We had the most relaxing stay at Mattie’s house. We were exhausted from traveling and hiking and it was the perfect place to relax, watch movies, and look at the mountains. Mattie was quick to respond and helpful to anything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We actually decided to stay here because of the amazing pictures and all the feedback about how wonderful Debra was!!! And it was all true and even better than advertised!!! We had an amazing time and Debra and her husband were super friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely stay here again if our trip adventures lead us to the area again!!!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

We spent 9 days at Jalina's home over Christmas and then our son's wedding. We had 14 guests stay (including adults & young children) and did not feel cramped with the spaciousness of the home. The tri-level home also provided a nice setup for some to work remotely, others to have quiet time, the kids to play in a kid-friendly environment, & the whole group to gather together frequently. Bathrooms & beds were adequate for this number of people, and plenty of towels, blankets and linens were readily available. The indoor toys & outdoor playsets were a great blessing too! The park was much closer than I expected (almost across the street!) and provided additional running room for the little ones. Nearby to a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as other Colorado Springs attractions (like Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods). Neighborhood was quiet! Jalina was always very quick and responsive to messages. Overall, a fabulous home that I would highly recommend! A very homey stay!
