Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

We needed a comfortable place for a quick overnight stop in Sacramento, and this stay was just what we were looking for. The home was quiet and cozy—perfect for resting before continuing our journey. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with parking, which can be a bit limited in the area. Although we were too tired to explore the neighborhood, we appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations and hope to return someday to check them out. Thank you for being such a welcoming host! P.S. The small decor touches really made the space feel like home ❤️

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

From the beginning until the end of the stay, it was so peaceful, beautiful, romantic, quaint, and secluded! Can't say enough good things! 5+ stars!

Very nice place, comfortable

The house was perfect for our four-generation visit. Very close to a nice park with a pool and water-park spray area for little kids, play areas and an un-fenced dog off leash area.. The house was well stocked with toys for our toddler and grandpa to play with. There was a step down to the main family room that great-grandma would have needed to keep an eye on, but which we didn’t use that room much. The kitchen and adjoining area was all we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a change in our plans due to some local ill family members we were hoping to visit, but couldn’t, so we had a have a few more folks in the house than planned; it all worked out well. A great family friendly home.

Sangeeta, Walt, Willow and Shiloh were one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. They were very welcoming and communicative. They thought of every detail and their home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We appreciated their hospitality, as well as the functionality and style of their beautiful home. It was wonderful for our large family group including children, with a beautiful outdoor space. Perfect spot for a trip to Davis.

My family and I loved this home. We had one problem with bathroom lights and Darish had someone there to fix them within half an hour. The beds were wonderful! We really appreciated that there were plenty of Kleenex and paper towels to use. The neighborhood had loads of walking trails which we walked every day. If we get back to Davis, I really hope this home is available as it is truly beautiful! Thanks, Darish!!

Perfect location in Davis, didn’t need to rent a car. Walked to restaurants, craft store, bank. Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood. Gorgeous grouping of native plants and succulents in the front yard!

Marilyn was proactive before and during our stay...her home was exactly where we wanted to be..although we never met Marilyn, we had lived in the area a number of years ago..and this was a perfect location for us..and for anyone..we had a car..yet one would not need one.. close to the best farmers market open saturdays and wednesdays..a few blocks away the Davis Food Co-op..trader joes close..downtown grid just a block away...with pedestrian walking street..great coffee places..will always try to book this place again if we ever come back..we even had friends join us for lunch in the back yard...great location for them as well...

AMAZING!!! I was in town with family for my son’s graduation from the California Highway Patrol. This home exceeded my expectations! The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Also, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! We had a lot going on during our 4 day stay! This home was located 15 minutes or less from downtown and the CHP Academy and only 5 minutes from restaurants, Starbucks :) and the grocery store. The neighbor is very peaceful and walkable. I would definitely stay in this home again. Patti and Michael were great hosts!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

This condo was fantastic and the host was extremely helpful. This is one of the recently constructed condos at Silverado, and it is absolutely fantastic. I will definitely look to stay here again during our next trip to Napa.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

This place was perfect for a girls trip to Napa. The pullout couch bed was plenty big and comfortable in addition to the king bed in the 1 main bedroom. The bathroom was spotless and updated. The kitchen was also beautiful and updated. We loved being able to sit on the back patio that overlooks the golf course. We were able to get the TV to work perfectly fine and it was nice that we were able to do all of the streaming services. We utilized Uber for the most part going to wineries and dinners and it took about 10-15 mins for cars to get to us but we expected that and left enough time for that. The whole Silverado neighborhood is really nice and made it easy to walk/run through the neighborhood without worrying about busy car traffic. Everything was very clearly communicated from check in to check out and everything in between. Great experience overall and we'd definitely recommend booking this stay again!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
