Monthly Rentals in Woodhouse Eaves

House was clean & tidy, well laid out, with all that you could possibly need. Two good sized bedrooms, perfect for us & our two girls. Decent garden that catches the sun. Lots of little extras, which were a lovely touch & much appreciated. House location is great - within walking distance of good parks, nice pubs by the river & some good takeaways. Amy's communication was excellent - very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Paul was friendly and in regular communication throughout a last minute booking process. He was flexible to my late arrival and ensured that the property was immaculate upon arrival. I needed a quiet, relaxed atmosphere where I could unwind following long days at work, the property provided this in abundance! It's only a shame I arrived and left each day during darkness as I couldn't properly enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I will 100% look to use again if I am in the area & would recommend to anyone in need of a nice place to stay for a short break.

We had such a great stay. The cottage was so pretty and had everything that was needed (and more). It was clean and very cosy. The area was beautiful and local pub (The Swan) was very welcoming. We took our bikes and visited Bradgate Park, beautiful. The perfect long weekend away!

My second stay at Chris's beautiful private studio. Peaceful countryside setting but only minutes from shops and the University. Everything you need for a short or longer stay, very easy and spacious to cook, work, watch tv, with a comfortable bed, good bathroom & off street parking. Definitely my first choice of where to stay if I'm in or around Loughborough and highly recommended!
