Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Woodford County

One of our most favorite stays ever! The jukebox was so fun and allowed our kids to hear classic music in the best way! We all enjoyed the pickleball court and the hot tub was a nice touch for evening relaxation. I enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning from the Adirondack chairs in the backyard while overlooking the Kentucky countryside. The home was perfect for our family of 5 (boys ages 11,13,15), stocked exceptionally well with everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The charging docks on the nightstand were a nice touch. It was also nice to not have to purchase toiletries, laundry supplies, coffee. They even include creamer pods which was so nice! The location was perfect for bourbon tours and then we also got to experience the Ark Encounter one day (45 min away). We had such a great time. We highly recommend this stay for your next vacation!

Christian has a wonderful home, full of good little touches, everything comfortable and lovely! Has a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, blender, griddle, almost anything you might need to make and enjoy food. Plenty of towels, thoughtfully provided toiletries. There was a booklet with recommendations for food and things to do in the area, helpful notes for the stay and clear directions for checkout. We enjoyed the game room below - didn't quite get out to using the fire pit but it was such a good He was very communicative and responsive. We had an instance of someone in our party accidentally locking us all out of the house (didn't pay attention to the note of how the lock worked) - upon messaging, they speedily provided resolution to get us back in! And then when we noted to him that a foosball was missing (in an evening), he had one delivered to us by the next morning. I definitely recommend Christian’s hospitality! All in all, a wonderful stay!!

The place was so homey!!! The trails were fun to walk and see the flowers and butterflies. Location is great! Close to SO many things!!! Will stay here again for sure!

We had a lovely relaxing time, the place was set up very well. We enjoyed the surroundings especially all the deer in the yard. We will be back to enjoy Jason’s place and the local bourbon again!!

Meghan is a super hostess. Her house is fantastic and the farm is awesome. Everybody that stayed with us could not get over how beautiful and well kept this property is. We all can't wait for another trip to Tule Farm. The value of staying at this property is well worth it. Loved every minute of our visit. We were very impressed with Florettas home. Everything looked just like the pictures and the amenities were amazing Floretta thought of everything from snacks, breakfast foods, and treats including homemade cookies and bourbon balls in the kitchen to all kinds of toiletries, extra toilet paper, and a generous supply of quality towels in the bathrooms. The living area was tastefully decorated and comfortable there were instructions to all appliances, wifi, and TVs. Also lots of games for all ages. This is one of the best equipped and organized Air BnBs we have ever visited. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again to visit the Bourbon Trail to which it was centrally located as well.

Our trip to Midway was great, Pamela was awesome. She made us feel at home and gave us some great suggestions! The house was perfect for 3 couples, with separate space. The house was very clean! Midway has some great restaurants and you are very close to Keeneland. Would definitely recommend

What a great apartment! This two bedroom space was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Lexington. The space was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and each bedroom was clean, with comfortable beds and TV. The street was private and we had a pass to park on the street. We bopped over the Java Jukebox for breakfast and highly recommend. John’s apartment was close to everything we needed. Would totally stay again!

we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

Peaceful and quiet! Had everything I needed and was well stocked w towels and soap/detergent etc. Could use more cookware but I had my own. It is an old house and has old house quirks. Shanda was super responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. I really liked the location - nice spot between Frankfort and Lexington. Super close to distilleries and plenty to explore.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here and works out perfect for me. Walking distance to downtown and UK. Will be staying there again in the near future.

we had a relaxing and peaceful stay at Nora's place. The beds were very comfortable, great shower and spacious living space. also a beautiful deck and gardens outside! thank you!

The place was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel quality. My friends said the twin beds were also comfortable and slept well also. Parking lot is in the back private can’t see from street. If you are coming to Kentucky to visit distilleries it’s the place to stay. Centrally located. Can be in Louisville,Lexington and Bardstown in an hour or less. I plan on staying here again the next time I come. Can’t go wrong by booking here.

Stayed for two night for a wedding, the place was very clean, amenities as described, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. My dogs, partner and I had a great time walking to nearby parks. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great home base while exploring Kentucky and the area’s bourbon distilleries.

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

Our stay at this beautiful and unique Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The industrial design elements gave the space a modern yet cozy feel, making it a perfect blend of style and comfort. The location was fantastic, with a plethora of restaurants and live music venues a short walk away. It was the ideal spot for our family of six adults, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was in a residential area but I had so many other plans it was not a bother. Right down the street a few yards was a great family park I grew up knowing and visiting. The place was clean and provided everything I needed. This was the first time doing an Air BnB. The unit was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was the bathroom tub. There were NO safety features at all. I am an older widow and felt that I would fall in the tub. The floor was so slick. There was no handrail, no towel bar, to sticky things on the bottom of the tub, NOTHING. I had to put a towel down and hoped it would not move. If you stay here and need these safety features you won't find them. However that being said I would stay again! The price was something I could afford had plenty of room. Even though it was just me, 2 or 3 more could have stayed fairly comfortable.

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.

This was a cute, freshly renewed apartment. My friend and I reserved the space for us and her baby while we were in for an event. The price was right, the size for us was perfect, it was a hop and a skip to get to a local Walmart, Starbucks, etc, and right off the highway (we were traveling back and forth to the Kentucky Horse Park). We were perfectly comfy and the place had everything we needed. The host was responsive and kind (I had a little struggle at the beginning with the keypad entry but I just had to give the door a little tug and it was fine).
