Very spacious and quit comfortable for our stay. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Kamp Kessa. The surroundings were beautiful and Dr. T was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to visit the horses. Our dogs loved the open area next to the cabin.

Beautiful rural, private setting in horse country. Just note that property is quite a distance from shopping/stores, and there is no TV or stove; not big problems though.

Natalies place was perfect for what we needed. Central to all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean. Natalies father Hoppy was a gentleman and explained the history of the farm and even drove us to Ashford Stud Farm since he was going there and showed us the farm which was the highlight of our stay. It’s hard to believe this place is real!! Coming from Boston to this beautiful, peaceful property was just what we needed. I think my favorite part was rocking in a rocking chair watching the horses graze and play. 10/10!!! We will definitely stay here again! ( also was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean) Thanks for having us!

DeeDee and Duncan were so attentive to all of our needs! The stay was beautiful from our room, to the common spaces, to the gardens. There were no locks on private rooms and some of the doors stick, but overall was a great and relaxing stay! Would 100% stay again, can't wait to go back!

My family & I stayed in their beautiful farmhouse. We were there for my father’s funeral. The Cottage was PERFECT!! We were all able to stay there together. My nephew & wife brought their 4 month old & not only was there a high chair but a pack & play!! The farm animals were an added perk. It was so peaceful & we could all spread out. It made a sad occasion a little easier. We would DEFINITELY recommend this beautiful place while visiting Danville, Ky. Check in & out was seamless. Thank you for hosting us.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! There are lots of restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area, but the loft location felt private and peaceful.

This a beautiful place! There's horses, trails, the sunset is absolutely amazing and all the stars. Cindy was very nice and responsive. Plus everything is within 10 minutes if you need to buy anything. This is a great getaway!

Second time we've stayed here. Great to get away for a couple of days and right in the heart of bourbon trail. Great host.

When I come to Kentucky this is the only place I want to stay. It is close to the Horse Park and everything else I needed to do. I love the way they decorated the home. It was comfortable and very cute.

We had a wonderful experience! We got in a little late, but Courtney saw we hadn’t checked in yet and sent to have the porch lights turned on ahead of time for us. The house was spotless when we checked in, and the fridge had a few items in it, which worked out perfectly for us. We were able to bake some cinnamon rolls for the kids without having to unload the car first. That was a nice added touch. There were a few other snacks as well, which helped. We didn’t get to stay long, because we were just stopping for the night before our next destination, but it was perfect for us. The views were amazing, both in the evening and the morning. And it was very peaceful being so far in the country. If we go back through that way ever, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Sharon’s cottage was a perfect fit for our family’s three generation getaway. The setting was absolutely idyllic, the cottage was clean, the kitchen was well appointed (we made multiple meals in-house), the furniture was comfortable, and the location was a perfect blend of peace & quiet while still being close to our activities. We have already started talks about our next trip!

Our family, especially our kids, loved staying at this house on an actual working horse farm. Jim invited us to his barn in the back, and the kids were able to pet and feed the horses. There were 3 baby foals that were just born, so that was neat to see. 3 other horses were pregnant, too. He said it was the pregnancy barn, so anyone staying will more than likely see newborns, too. The home was very clean and well decorated in horse-themed artwork, etc. The bathroom and kitchen were newly renovated, so nice and clean. We have 3 children, so having the two beds and the pull-out was great to have. We ended up staying here when we visited Keeneland and the KY Horse Farm. Our kids said the best part of their whole trip was staying here and seeing the horses, as well as the Horse park. If you are planning on doing any horse-related activities, this is the best place to stay near Lexington!

Our stay at Anne’s was perfect! She was very responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked, through check out. The property was exactly as described.; cozy and comfy! The location was ideal for our family to stay during opening weekend of Keenland. Short drive to the track and town. The country setting is gorgeous and very private. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

We loved our stay at the River House. The house was amazing with plenty of room, large kitchen with everything you would need stocked, and lots of choices for seating areas. The property was extremely private and peaceful. John was a wonderful host. He encouraged us to tour the farm and provided fresh eggs and honey.

This was our second time staying with DeeDee. We LOVE this beautiful home and amazing host couple!🥰 The home is a wonderful, historic property. I really appreciate that it is so private and peaceful, but it is still right in town. Versailles is such a charming town with a great Main Street. I hate to share how wonderful it all is because I want to keep it for myself!😁 We are already looking forward to the next stay. 😍

We LOVE this home! I was there on business and my tram and myself stay at this home and it was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day! The host was wondereful and helpful! We even say horses in the field across the way

What a wonderful experience! I thank DeeDee and Duncan for welcoming me and helping me learn about horse farm life and history of the area. The house and grounds were very beautiful and peaceful. The location is great because it's so easily accessible from central Versailles, yet feels so quiet and rural when on the farm. My bed and bedroom were very comfortable! It was so wonderful to meet and pet such beautiful and friendly horses! The experience has inspired me to want to visit more farms and spend more time with horses, as well as other pets and wildlife across the country.

we live the Jockey Suite and was perfect for my Keeneland Birthday weekend. The house was exactly like the pictures showed and Anne was an amazing hostess. Would definitely rent rent this house again. Bonus with seeing all the baby horses and Mamas in the field right next to the house. close to Keeneland and downtown Versailles.

The furnishings at this home were really nice, and the beds comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and chatting as well as hanging out in the cozy living room and kitchen space. Thanks for offering such a well appointed home near the bourbon trail!

Amazing stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Extremely quiet! Very peaceful and private. Witchey the horse was so cute and a great bonus. First time in Midway, will definitely be back!
