Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Woodford County

We stayed at Christian's rental to celebrate my brother's 40th birthday. It was a perfect location for Keeneland and downtown Lexington, each 15 minutes or less away. The rental exceeded our expectations, providing everything we needed in a spotless clean space. Christian as a host was outstanding. He was very responsive before and during our stay. He also went over and above by promptly shipping back something we had accidentally left at the house. Thanks Christian for making it a seamless and comfortable rental for our group. If we plan another trip to the Lexington area we'd love to stay here again.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed whiskey woods! It was the perfect location to hit the bourbon trail! We loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evening. Very clean and comfortable!

We cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was. Meghan communicated with us several times before we arrived to m help us plan our trip. lots of tips. when we arrived, the house smelled so clean and was spotless! Everything was perfect. There was a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us. The next morning we had coffee and a variety of creamer . Soap, shampoo ,and conditioner were actually the same products I use at home. Everything about the house was perfect! The bedding was so nice and mattresses were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch having our coffee. The day it rained, we sat on the screened porch. Meghan was so gracious and we were invited to meet her horses. It was a treat to see them up close ad learn a bit about their breed and the events they were trained for. Three full baths accommodated our group of four ladies. The setting was just gorgeous. It was very convenient to every place we wanted to go.

My group had such a great time! Looked exactly like the photos and had so much room! Everything worked great and I loved all the hot water even when we all took showers! There was lots of extras in the pantry like games seasoning cups and plates that were very helpful and a good set of condiments! Such an adorable lace and definitely would stay again next time we go to keen land! It was to cold outside for us the truly enjoy the pool but it looked lovely!

Outstanding! Beautifully decorated. Pristine. Great neighborhood with easy walk to several really nice restaurants. We visited with four couples and everyone was totally comfortable. The pictures don't really do justine to how beautiful and spacious this home is. Equipped with everything we needed.

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 children under 10 with us as well and they loved the house! Well updated and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!!!

The home appearers to be recently remodeled. It’s spotless and I have significant appliance envy. The deck is large and so comfortable. We had dinner on the deck and told stories around the fire pit. The perfect hub for the bourbon trail. Great trip!

This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at the Uptown Retreat. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and Keenland. David was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best weekend! Great location but felt away from the business of Lexington! Wish we would have been able to stay longer than the weekend.

this is a very nice place in old house but very thoughtfully remodeled parking was easy all in all a nice stay!

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

We were right by Buffalo Trace, which is why we were there. The place was great, great communication, and lots of information about the area given. A great place to stay!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Lots to do nearby. A nice quiet place to stay.

We stayed during the Great Flood of the Kentucky River in April, 2025 and were evacuated due to flooding. Jon was extremely communicative and helpful and so friendly. Great host!

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.
