I couldn’t be more satisfied with my time in this apartment. It’s perfect for extended stays. A short drive from downtown, UD, and interstates. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A few places are walkable. The apartment is remodeled and decorated with class. Christina does a great job with the details that might be overlooked. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen supplies and cleaning products are high quality. Free laundry (best machines I’ve ever used) in the basement. TV and WiFi are top notch. A few minor issues came up over the months I stayed. Christina’s prompt response and follow up reassured me that I had chosen the right place to stay. I was disappointed that a prior booking prevented me from extending my stay. I was very comfortable and happy. Some other lucky person will get to enjoy it. 10/10

Location for our purposes was perfect. It was only 6-8 minutes depending on traffic from my families home. While also conveniently located within 5-15 minutes from practically anything you could need (food, essentials, coffee, gas, etc etc). Very clean! Clear instruction for entrance that may have otherwise been slightly confusing without clear communication. Would 100% book Joshua's place again if available for the next visit 🙂

Great host, very responsive during our stay. Pictures are accurate. The apartment was VERY quiet which I greatly appreciated. We were very comfortable here, felt safe, would stay here again.

This isn’t my first stay at Jeremy’s place, and it’s great every time. Clean, quiet, and close to the people I’m visiting.
