This home is AIR-CONDITIONED and kept in a hypoallergenic state. We purchased the Rectory from a nearby Church. The renovation of this home was very rewarding. We are constantly decorating the eclectic sunken den - it is super cozy! This home is close downtown Joshua Tree (3 mins). On an 8 acre property - on a cul de sac that is fenced and secure the with beautiful vistas!

Rockhill Ranch is a wonderland! It’s a unique and beautiful landscape of boulders and desert gardens dotted with many comfortable spots to sit and enjoy the views, sunsets, wildlife and stars. We were even visited one afternoon by a bobcat. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. An exceptional Airbnb.

Location was great, a few minutes drive to/from Joshua Tree National Park, and it's also close to Friendly Hills Park which was a nice spot for star gazing at night.

My daughter and I stayed at Jeff and Brittney’s home for her very first road trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was absolutely stunning, with a scenic hike that starts right on the property and leads to a view we’ll never forget. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. From the curated decor to the individual A/C units in each room, every detail was designed for comfort and ease. We felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely at peace during our stay. Highly recommend - this place is a gem.

Peter was an excellent host and the Twin Cabins are a lot of fun. A little bit funky, a little rustic, and a lot of charm. He had excellent local recommendations and even instructions on how to hike into the park from the backyard. I enjoyed my stay there and felt rejuvenated by watching the sun rise and set every day with an expansive view.

We always have the best stay here! Drew is an incredible host who is there if you need him but just lets you live and enjoy your trip without interfering. It always feels like home when you arrive and we’re always a little sad when we check out because we love the simple nature of the place. The entire place being open without too much cluttered furniture or rugs makes it easy for my husband (c5/c6 quadriplegic) to navigate in his wheelchair throughout the space and save his power assist wheels for hikes/pushes through the desert. Can’t wait to come back for trip #4 this summer! 🥳

This space is beautiful and felt peaceful, relaxing and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our time in Joshua tree a great get-away. Morning coffee while enjoying the visiting jack rabbit, and hummingbirds and an evening of listening to the coyotes or the silence of the desert was AMAZING! Super easy access to Joshua Tree Park, and Integratron Sound Bath, and other activities nearby.
