A CAR IS NECESSARY BECAUSE THERE IS NO BUS SERVICE. (UBER/TAXI) In the middle section is our conference room for companies. We live on the top floor with 2 children in our own apartment.

The two guest rooms with two beds each, shower/toilet, lounge, balcony are in the new building and thus have their own entrance.
