It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Hügel, Seen oder Wälder - du wählst. Der Bauwagen hält alles für eine entspannte Atmosphäre bereit: Waschtisch, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank. Im Doppelbett 1,40 cm oder auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich erholen. Im Winter duschst du in unserer separaten Ferienwohnung warm. Der Holzofen hält dich warm.

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in a rural area. Come to relax in the countryside in the beautiful town of Arenshausen. The edge of the forest is only about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks. Furthermore, we often have various animals on the farm or the adjacent pasture, with which you can make acquaintance. There is also a train station, a bakery and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
