Lovely little barn, with beautiful views. Vivienne let us book very last minute and yet she still bought all lovely goodies for breakfast. Vivienne is one of the nicest hosts we have met. Our Labrador loved it. There’s a lovely walk to the local pub. Only 20 mins drive from Rye. Will definitely return.

Yvonne was an excellent and helpful host. The peaceful situation of the cottage was complemented by a stunning view from the living area across the marsh. We throughly enjoyed our stay, which coincided with lambing time, an added bonus. Ideally place to visited Great Dixter and Sissinghurst gardens, as well as many National Trust properties, beaches and beautiful Rye. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed here over the Easter weekend and absolutely loved it. Cosy, beautiful surroundings, well equipped and great set up with both indoor log burner and outdoor firepit. Hayley was also super responsive and friendly. Would stay here again anytime!
