The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

The stadiums in Dortmund (21 km), Gelsenkirchen (25 km), Düsseldorf (42 km) and Cologne (62 km) are easily accessible by car as well as public transport.
