Lakefront Cottage in Iron River: 3 Mi to Skiing!

KristenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed for a ski weekend at Ski Brule. Even on a big snow weekend it was a quick drive to the hill. Plenty of space for two families to relax comfortably after a day on the slopes. Space was clean, kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, and mattresses were quality.

Updated Pet-Friendly Home - 9 Mi to Ski Area!

AndreRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We were staying in Marathon City for skiing at Granite Peak. It was the perfect spot for my girlfriend and I during our weekend away. The house is well appointed and was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essential cooking supplies and the rooms were outfitted with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We also appreciated the little decorations that made the place feel special. It was very convenient to have garage parking as well during the winter so no need to shovel snow off the car (we were there during a mini snowstorm that came through overnight). The host was very responsive and was quick to help us take care of a little issue we had with the WiFi one night. All in all a great place that I would recommend for couples as well as small families. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Granite Peak.
The exterior of the home showcases a wooden deck supported by stacked logs, leading to a private entrance. Tree-lined surroundings enhance the natural setting, while a well-maintained yard is visible, offering a peaceful outdoor space.

Georgia was a great host, very responsive and sweet. We had originally requested a change in dates, due to family, and she was beyond accommodating. The house was exactly as advertised and Georgia met us for check in and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole process was very simple, would definitely come back.

Delafield Vacation Rental Near Lakes & Parks!

KristinRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Booked this place (the 1BR, 1 bath) with a friend for a girls' weekend. The apartment was clean and cozy. It's also walkable to everything Delafield has to offer. Easy to check in. Host was SUPER responsive within minutes, when we couldn't get the door open at first. Central heat and a/c kept us comfortable during that early October time in WI where you're still using both. Plenty of room in fridge. Well-stocked with silverware, cups, plates, etc. Plenty of linens provided. The sofa bed in living room was comfy, and the bedroom is outfitted with a bed and futon. Neighborhood is quiet at night, and we slept peacefully. Great location for Delafield shopping/dining, ice age trail, etc. Parking is one alleyway down, and really convenient (one spot came with unit). Also lots of free street parking in Delafield. Overall, a lovely spot for a girls' weekend.
An open living area showcases a comfortable sofa and a wooden coffee table, complemented by a dining table set for four. A ceiling fan provides airflow, while a well-equipped kitchen area features light cabinetry and essential appliances, creating a functional and inviting space.

We really enjoyed ourselves in our spacious & nicely furnished room at The Mill. For us 70-somethings, an elevator would have been welcome. And the building restoration was fascinating. The coffee shop was lovely.
