Build a warm fire outdoors/ warm up by the gas stove indoors, or go down to the stream for a sauna by the cool water creek.

The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. It has a fully equipped kitchen, stove and fridge. A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. Snuggle up on the sofa or recliner, turn on the fireplace, and relax. There is one bedroom with a memory foam mattress. A loft with a sleeper couch. Free amenities, including cleaning. No pets and no smoking at any time please.
