Monthly Rentals in Winterton

Great place to stay. My family of 4 (including 2 young children) used this as a base to visit friends and family in the area and it was perfect. Exactly as described, in a quiet village location. Spacious kitchen and lounge/diner, good sized bedrooms and a spotless well-equipped kitchen. Daniel gave us all the information we required for check-in and a whole host of extra info about the house which made things a lot easier. He was also very quick at responding to any queries I had before our stay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time at Holly House. Simon was awesome and extremely helpful. The house was very homely with fresh flowers on the table and super comfortable bed. Walk to shop was handy. Highly Recommend.

Really great find , a delightful little find with everything you will need for a stay ,, great parking , cracking facilities n very quiet, heating on briefly and keeps at a very comfortable temperature. Perfect

We had a lovely few days here while we were competing at Winterton Showground. The village is so quiet with great views across the Humber and the Trent on certain walks. Great pub in Winterton good food and a lot of it.
