Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. Welcome to our little patch of country in the rolling hills of Winters- sweeping views of nearby wine country, a beautiful pond, and a disc golf course for fun! We welcome our guests to roam and explore our 12+ acres, feel free to try out our canoe or paddle boat on the pond, birdwatch, and enjoy local hiking spots and points of interest like Lake Solano, and Lake Berryessa. The town of Winters is 10 minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and wine bars featuring local fare.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Cozy Old House

This cozy old house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the busy downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.
