From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Small shop available in the village, ideal also with children, low traffic and pure nature around the entire apartment. The beautiful Lauchertal on the right - Danube Valley on the left side of the apartment.

The granny flat with separate entrance area is completely at your disposal: Bedroom with large bed (1.4 x 2 m) and wardrobe, a living-dining room with kitchenette + additional sleeping option on the sofa (1 x 2 m), the daylight bathroom with floor-level shower niche and underfloor heating.
