The cottage was lovely and was a good location to explore peak district. Everything was clean and looked after, with a beautiful view of their garden Rod was very responsive and ensured our check in was very smooth with clear instructions. would definitely recommend.

Well what a beautiful little cosy cottage, perfect for a little escape! Honeyspot cottage has everything you need. We didn't need to ask our hosts for anything. The information guide provided has everything you may need to know. Alistair sent us a message before we arrived and came to greet us when we did, informing us he had also provided a little bottle of milk to get us started, which was unexpected and very lovely. The village of Winster is a stunning picturesque place and the local village shop has the nicest local produce, which we indulged in for our breakfasts. A visit to Chatsworth house is a must and if you love Italian food, Il Lupo an Italian run restaurant, which is about a 20 minute drive from Winster, is also a must visit, the best Italian food we have had that wasn't in Italy! First time I’ve used Airbnb and am I glad to stay we were fortunate enough to stay at Katie’s cottage! It was exactly as described, 100% accurate in terms of the pictures and the host (Katie) herself was a genuine, amazing soul! Not many things are perfect, however this was as close to perfect if it’s what you’re looking for! Loved it!

Fantastic stay over the Easter weekend. The village was a great location for access to walks and other areas as well as providing the basics we needed for top up shopping and a decent pint. Brett’s responsiveness was second to none.
