Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Winnipeg

I enjoyed my 7 month stay in Larry's beautiful house very much! The space is inviting, beautifully appointed and spacious, it feels like home as soon as you walk in. Breakfast in the sun porch is a delight, and the large dining room works equally well for quiet meals or entertaining. The kitchen is well supplied for your cooking needs. Although you are within easy walking distance of restaurants, pubs, bakeries and groceries, the neighbourhood is treed, with beautiful homes and churches that invite you out for quiet walks on the streets or to the rivers. Winnipeg's vibrant culture is just out your back gate at the Crescent Arts Centre, or a 10 minute drive to the symphony, ballet or plays downtown. Larry is quickly responsive to any questions, and maintains the property very well. I highly recommend this lovely house!

We had a long term stay at Jordan's place. He was extremely communicative and addressed any concerns we had. The home contains many belongings of the homeowners so there was a lot of stuff in the house but enough room was made for us to comfortably keep our belongings. There is no bathroom on the main floor and a lot of stairs but we knew this going in from previous reviews. The front porch was a nice extension to the house and you can't beat the neighbourhood. Jordan even went above and beyond to return items we had forgotten at the house.

The place was great for our group! We had quick replies when we had questions, we had a great time!

Aisosa went above & beyond an Airbnb host is even expected to be. He cared deeply you had everything you needed. The house was absolutely beautiful & in a newer safe neighborhood! Perfect for a larger group, we were far away for our daughter's wedding. Great firmer bed in Master for my back. Extremely clean. I have never seen so many kitchen amenities & house amenities available to guests esp. being from out of town. If you like to cook he's got everything you need. Littles's kindly thought of. You will feel like you're in a lovely hotel with all the extras and little touches. It has comfortable furniture!! and accommodating a bigger group reunion. Bigger groups will love it, & the basement was perfectly finished & equipped with full bath, mini fridge, a fan, heater & laundry rm for a litte & their parents when needing to sleep when the laughing adults were upstairs playing games! The pics don't do it justice. If we have another family reunion, we look forward to returning. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The house looked exactly the same as the pictures. The hosts were so nice and left very clear instructions. Felt very welcome.

Danielle was both responsive and proactive from start to finish, and the home was large and comfortable. Well-appointed, and a solidly built home. Our family really enjoyed the relaxing time there.

The house had everything we needed for our stay.. Everything was clean. At times it was hard to get to the back ally to park, due to the construction around that area. But nothing the host could do about that. We will most definitely stay again if we need to be in that of the city.

Good place for what we needed it for

Only a block or two from our favorite crepe place and a stone's throw from downtown, the location was important to us for this trip. Lyudmyla was proactive in her communication and super friendly. Some of the roads in the area are really confusing if you aren't familiar, and google maps took me to the wrong place. Avoid the back alleys as much as possible (in the area, not at the building) because they are awful) Once i found it, I was able to get inside easily. The apartment was a bit on the small side but livable. There was a bit of an odour when first walking in, but a couple of steps past that it was gone and we didn't notice it after that. We liked how the place was decorated but concluded that a holder for the toilet paper and a hand towel rack would be a good addition. AC was a lifesaver, as I can imagine the apartment gets pretty toasty in the summer up on the third floor.

I booked this home for my family from northern MB as they were being evacuated and couldn’t get good reception to do themselves. From the beginning of my booking to the end of the stay, the hosts were so kind and helpful. They even provided a significant discount for the weekend extension we made. These are rhetorical kinds of people whose business we want to make sure to support because they use their business to help support others in times of crisis. The home was as beautiful as it looks in the photos and my family said their stay was a quiet and relaxing reprieve from the evacuation stress they were under.

We enjoyed the big, open, and private space of the units. The location was awesome and within walking distance to a lot of the nightlife and restaurants nearby. The hosts were responsive and replied to messages and questions in a timely manner. Overall a good experience and I would recommend staying at this location to anyone who asked.

A great location, especially for families with parks nearby. Everything you need for a short or longer stay. Kyle was quick to respond or troubleshoot any issues.

Visiting Winnipeg to work at a convention. The suite was a reasonably short drive from the airport and easy to find. The RBC Center where the convention was held was accessible by a 5-7$ cab ride. Though we didn’t have much time to explore outside of work there were a handful of good restaurant options close by, including a Browns on the same block just around the corner which was nice to have an easy go to. The suite provided everything we needed as our base camp and Yuri was an excellent host. He was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Host was very responsive and will definitely consider staying here again!
