Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. In the evening, just sit by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry without a lot of residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the festive and seminar house barn next door.

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Welcome to our charming house located in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You have full access to the whole house and garden, not to the garage or the driveway. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Klara's cottage with charm

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Spacious 95 m² duplex apartment in a quiet location in Ludwigsburg-West. Four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit) and air conditioning. A washing machine and dryer are all present. The train station, restaurants and shopping are within a few minutes' walk. Sights such as Ludwigsburg Palace and Stuttgart's car museums are within easy reach. Pets welcome

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
