Private suite vacation rentals in Wine Country

The place was wonderful, quiet, and close to downtown (short drive or a reasonable walk). It had a great layout and the kitchen was well equipped for making some of our own meals. Samuel was responsive and helpful in answering questions. I would definitely stay here if I visit the area again!

This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

We loved our stay at The Roost. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and cozy, and thoughtfully and beautifully appointed, including with Amy’s elegant ceramics. We enjoyed eating in on the lovely porch- fresh eggs from Amy and Barry’s hens for breakfast, and delicious wines and cheeses from local purveyors recommended by Amy. (Recommendations for local restaurants were also spot on.) The area is convenient to wine tasting, gorgeous bluff hikes, and forest walks with incredible flora. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We only stayed for one night, but Nancy was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy, the entrance/garden is very beautiful and serene, and the unit is very comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. Also only a 5 minute drive to downtown, so very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Graton! This was our first trip to Northern California, so we were not very familiar with the area at all. We came to experience Sonoma County and Napa Valley for our 20th anniversary. John & Randy were great hosts, and their guest suite was exactly as described: clean, quiet, peaceful, welcoming, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. They were very helpful in answering our questions about the area and also with suggestions for restaurants, wineries, etc. Highly recommend these hosts and this house! Thanks again! We had a lovely time :)

The place was very clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. One unique characteristic was the range of amenities. If you forgot something like a toothbrush, disposable tableware, bottled water or other basic travel needs you are likely to find it there. Overall it is a good value for the rate charged. Not a showstopper, but our only inconvenience would be to have a freezer section in the frig. Travelling with a small ice chest with ice packs we couldn't refreeze the packs over multiple days for our daily excursions.

I enjoyed my stay at Carolyn's cozy guest suite. Her communication was very helpful, the space had everything I needed, and her garden is really beautiful!

We had an excellent stay at Megan and Han's cozy retreat! The space was well equipped with thoughtful details from a separate laundry room to store our luggage and clothes, to power outlets on both sides of the bed. The entire unit was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note, this is a basement unit so you will hear footsteps and daily living above you. The hosts communicated clearly and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Beautiful location, great communication with hosts, the space was unique and clean. You honestly transport to another world once you’ve arrived. Very beautiful villa atmosphere and nicely tucked away/private, would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Elaine’s home. She was able to accommodate an early check in and her husband greeted us politely at check in with some helpful tips for our stay. The space itself was very clean and was just spacious enough for our needs. The private room has its own entrance with a nice patio where we enjoyed eating all our meals. Inside has a small table along with a mini fridge and a bathroom. We would stay here again!

Marianne’s place was peaceful, relaxing, and has a wonderful view of the bridge. The bed was comfortable and the artwork and landscaping were pleasant to view in the space. The spa bathroom has great lighting features and design elements. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed being there. The landscape is picture-perfect, the view is breathtaking and you can see lots of animals. Even the deer come by. At night you have a sky full of stars and enjoying it in the hot tub makes it even more special. I can highly recommend a stay there.

We spent our wedding weekend at Debbie’s beautiful home — and it was absolutely perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. Tranquil, clean, cozy, stylish, with many thoughtful touches. Plus Debbie is so friendly and accommodating. We’re already excited to return for our anniversary!

This place was everything it promised. So relaxing and close to town. We didn't want to leave. Lori was an excellent and responsive host. Can't wait to come again when we visit our family in Benecia!

Lovely little space! I have a sensory disability and this may be the most quiet place ive ever stayed at! I could open the windows and let in the heavenly jasmine smells from the nearby bush and there were so many amazing bird songs it felt like a bird sanctuary! I brought my bike and easily rode to the local market that had a ton of vegan and organic options including a microwavable curry that I had pretty much every day. On the way out I was able to catch a bus that went straight to the airport! Overall: amazing stay for this somewhat picky lady! Oh and there was also a really cool park super close by!

Nancy's place is as described, great views and amenities. The "frequent visitor" mentioned in the description is sometimes right outside the front door. haha! Highly recommend!

The place has a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. On foot you can get to the train very quickly, with which you can get almost everywhere, so you don't need a car. Unless you have to get out of town. The space was small but still cozy. The landlords live above it, and have at least 1 child, which as soon as it is awake, of course, is not careful to walk quietly. I woke up a few times by stomping or running the child, which is not a problem, as this was usually from 8:00 or 9:00 am, just in case you like to sleep longer, you should keep this in mind.

We LOVED our time here, and highly recommend Hank's place! Perfect for 1-2 people. Check-in was super easy, and the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Located in a safe, charming neighborhood, close enough to the ocean that we could hear it from the lovely back patio. We loved Hank's humor in his hand-written guidebooks! We didn't have a car (although the garage would be a HUGE plus for anyone who did!), but we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a Lyft to take us wherever we wanted, in the city. We walked down the hill to Safeway (just a half-mile away) for essentials. Outstanding experiencel we wished we could stay forever! Oh! The tub was luxurious! Sooooo nice after a long day trekking around the hills of S.F. It is VERY deep, so do be careful! Personally, I found that the safest way for me to get out (from a seated position in the bath) was to get on my hands and knees first, and then stand. Hope this helps someone else. Enjoy!
