Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Windham County

A great location with a beautiful view. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night during dinner. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook all our meals. One of the best stocked kitchens we have experienced at an airbnb. Overall a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to returning.

Memorial Day weekend was cloudy, cool and windy, so my husband, elderly mother and I were especially pleased to have a nicely appointed and welcoming home base for hanging out. From a large screen TV down to the smallest of decorative details, Nicole has thought of everything to make for a relaxing stay. Having rented other places, I particularly appreciated spotless cookware, new bath towels, comfortable beds, and to top it all off an espresso machine! My tea drinking husband kept the electric tea kettle warm all morning. All this and a very nice, peaceful water view with great bird watching. We look forward to returning.

What a GEM of a place!!!! Book this house you will not regret it for a second!!!! First the house is so spacious and easily fit our two families on our weekend getaway and it was perfect!! The fish pond was perfect for our kids entertainment they stayed down there for hours fishing, we did have one rainy day and still managed to get some playing on the porch inbetween the rain storms. Porch is huge with a beautiful table for eating outside. I loved the entertainment room in the lower level we were still able to play games and the husbands played pool, they have a great restaurant style booth seating down there which is perfect for kiddos to eat or do crafts! Absolutely loved the layout of this home. Every room was big with big closets too! Easily could’ve fit a pack n play in each one. This house was built to perfection and to house some amazing memories and that’s just what we got some beautiful memories and a weekend of fun!!! Absolutely will be back!!! Great hosts!!!

We had the most wonderful stay in Woodstock while vending at the Brimfield flea market. It was so nice to have a peaceful getaway during the show to sleep well at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essential cookware and even seasonings/sauces to assist our meals. Same with the bathroom! The house was cozy and clean, clear and easy instructions in the manual. Mike messaged frequently to check on us and was very kind. Can’t wait to come back to this little woodsy oasis!

Needed a last minute place to stay for a few days, Jason’s place worked wonderfully for what we needed. Fast and responsive communications helped lots for us. Overall, very positive experience.

The hosts Marybeth and Douglas were so welcoming to us and accommodated our request to check- in earlier than scheduled! They were very friendly and provided extra stuff to make our stay feel so homely and comfortable! Everyone of us (13 people) truly enjoyed our stay at their beautiful, spacious and historical home!

The home far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at countless Airbnbs over the years and this one, hands down, was our favorite. Every detail was high quality and exquisite.

Heather as always is the perfect host. She replinished supplies and changed sheets . I was there longer than my other visits. The space is back from the road and attached to her home,so it was quiet most of the time. School buses going to a nearby school could be heard briefly in the morning..around 7. I loved the paint colors ..new this time.

This space is a true gem. I felt right at home and I especially loved the book about the transformation the house took. The bed was so comfy, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the mini kitchen had everything I needed during my stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

We stayed in town for an event at Mohegan Sun. The flexible check in was helpful as we got in late at night. The place was clean and welcoming.
