Location, location, location! Encinitas and this little bungalow was the highlight of our stay. The views from the living room and deck are breath taking, not to mention the amazing sunsets. Insider tip: the moon sets are equally impressive. Brooke was a 5 star host. Would recommend anytime!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stylish, spacious interiors and the peaceful ambiance. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal because it was close to the beach, great restaurants, and perfect when my family wanted to go out for a walk. We truly had a memorable time for our new year’s stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We can’t wait to come back for a different memorable occasion.

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay! The place was super clean, spacious, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to great restaurants and the beach. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

Really cute condo in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything! They had everything I needed and more. Host was very responsive and accommodating with my check in and check out times. Would highly recommend! :)

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place! We were in San Diego visiting family and the location was perfect. The apartment was super clean with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and of course walks on the beach! There is a good selection of restaurants to choose from close by. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

We came for a short trip. Here are our pros: great parking space for your car which is gated and can fit up to two, there is a lot of space and 5+ people can sleep in here comfortably. If you need a safe and private place to stay with family then this is a great affordable options. Our cons: the electrical outlets did not seem to work on the bottom floor in the bedroom, we had an issue with the shower not functioning which was not helpful when everyone needed to shower, the upstairs gets very hot even with the fans we had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. These are things that are fixable, overall it is a good place to stay at.

Had come for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay with friends and get ready for the big event! All listed amenities were present and very clear check-in instructions were given. Corey was very responsive and proactive in giving all necessary instructions so we could have a private and comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location for access to the beach and local restaurants and centrally located within a short drive to the heart of San Diego. Access to bikes a nice plus for rides along the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

Don is a super responsive host. The location could not be any better, especially for the price point. The place is very basic however based on the location, I can understand why as there is a lot to do outdoors as you are a few steps away from the beach and everything else, shops, restaurants, amusement park and so much more. You are minutes away from the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town and the Gas Lamp District. This location is not only good for folks with children but also great for young adults as there is plenty of night life a short walk away. We are from Los Angeles, however we felt as though we were vacationing in another states hot spot. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barry’s place. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to many sites in San Diego. The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the tranquil backyard - being welcomed by Barry’s sweet golden retriever, Dorry was a highlight. We will definitely return.

One block walk to Ocean Beach. A variety of casual restaurants/eateries/coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood was overall clean and felt safe. We were able to find parking on the street within 1-2 blocks. Good communication with host. Would stay again.

I love that the kitchen was very well stocked! If you like to cook it’s great! The backyard was beautiful my kids loved the resort feel. We visited for a graduation for my nephew from the Marines boot camp. The location was about 20-25 minutes from base which was so easy because you’re close to the freeway! The house was perfect for our stay! The box truck in the front yard was a throw off when we arrived but once inside you didn’t notice it was there. The house is very cute and full of everything you need to have a great stay! Thank you Brian for being a great host!

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very responsive to my many questions and provides lots of helpful resources. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the outdoor space and fireplace. The location was great also for surfing and walking to restaurants. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

This was our third stay at Casey’s place — it is just beautiful with space for everyone. We love the backyard and cooking in that kitchen is a treat!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful and sparkling clean house, plenty of space and right across the street from Terramar Point, a great surf break. We could see dolphins and seabirds from the large windows of the house. One night we ordered delivery and ate watching the sunset from the rooftop! Anthony and Amanda were so kind and helpful. Lots of great restaurants in Carlsbad. We especially enjoyed dinner one night at Campfire. Incredible food and service. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed here before, and the location could not be more perfect- it is so close to the beach and walkable to a dozen restaurants. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook to be at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc) and is very comfortable for a family! Highly recommend.

Great location, easy, check-in, checkout policies, host was very responsive. Fantastic home and close to the beach and all the Encinitas has to offer!
