Cottage vacation rentals in Winchester

Our favorite Airbnb stay so far! Sandy and Ken (and Abby their Airedale Terrier) greeted us at the entrance. They gave us a thorough tour of the more-than-100 year old cabin and the amenities on their property. As stated in the other reviews, the cabin is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We soaked in the silence on their creekside porch swing and their deck with a firepit. It was also fun to explore the creek trail that is directly accessible from their property. We usually pack our vacations with activities, but this is the first time we felt compelled to slow down and spend more time at the Airbnb. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved staying at the cottage, surrounded by citrus trees with beautiful views all around. Very private and quiet space, the big deck was great for our kids and dogs to hang out on all day. Walking through the orchard was beautiful, felt like somewhere in Italy at times. Will definitely come back some time!

found this spot last minute and Damien was more than helpful with instructions and questions ! the view is amazing , place was spotless , and we were kept company by a lovely family of squirrels - would definitely book again :) also the pachenga casino is right up the street!

The cottage was amazing! Super clean, well taken care of and all around one of the best AirBnb’s we’ve been too. When we are back in Idyllwild, we will look to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Michelle’s with our pups for a little getaway to mama nature. Met and exceeded our expectations. The thoughtfulness and care is apparent in every corner of the cottage. Super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location - close to Idyllwild’s downtown and trails, yet tucked away enough to feel like you have the woods to yourself. Kristen's airbnb is nothing short of magical. Every inch of this home was thoughtfully decorated to create a beautiful, cozy experience. From the comfy bed, to the plentiful natural light, to the daybed next to a huge window that overlooks a hummingbird garden, this place felt like a dream. It's also mere steps from town, including all of the restaurants, pubs, and shops. My wife and I cannot wait to return!

So grateful to have found this peaceful cottage in Cherry Valley where we could stay while visiting family nearby. We were very impressed by all the thoughtful touches from the host including breakfast waiting in the fridge. Super charming vibe! Perfect amount of space and beds for our family of four.
