Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Winchester Bay

Nice, fully functional apartment unit. It's large in space . Bed is comfy. Would stay again. A lot of light that shines thru the windows in the front and back, and that is welcoming and makes for a great homey feeling. There are good blinds on all windows to block out the light for sleep. There is a breakfast nook area near the kitchen with a couple of chairs that look out the windows for a cute view of the town. It's an old building, which means there are creaks and you can hear other units. Personally for me, it's not loud enough to be an issue at all. I just mention this because if you are the kind of person who needs 100% quietness, you might have issues. Bring ear plugs. Google Maps provides good directions right to the front of the house. What would have been much appreciated in the check in instructions were more details on finding the parking in the rear of the house, and the accompanying directions on how to find the back door of the unit.

Had a great time. Both my wife and I and our other friends as a couple really enjoyed the place. The day we checked in it turned out the lockbox was broken. The door was actually open, which I didn’t realize and Lindsey had left the key upstairs, but that got resolved pretty quickly. It’s an excellent location, so convenient to downtown Florence and great parking. It’s also wonderful because it’s really an isolated unit with nobody above us or below us the only things I might’ve wanted to like more is maybe more kitchen condiments or perhaps other plates or utensils but it was very nice. The only thing I’d really like to make a point of is I think the listing is an accurate in terms of the beds themselves? They’re not queen beds they’re full-size beds. They have the length of a queen bed but the width of a smaller bed. Just an FYI overall I was very happy. I love the location and the amenities of the house was great for two couples.

I've been coming to Florence for a long time and this was my favorite lodging by a long shot! An absolute dream condo right on the water. The view is out of this world. Best patio seating in the city! Your home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! It was tempting to never leave. It's so quiet and peaceful at night, we all got some needed sleep. Plus, being right at the end of Old Town is so convenient to walking around the cutest little town. I definitely plan to return and will always hope your home is available!

We enjoyed the art, plants, books, and history the apartment held, making it feel like a place of respite and an intergenerational celebration of beauty, resourcefulness, and care.

Beautiful place right on the ocean! Loved every second of it! Was a little surprised to see that in order to access the newly remodeled space downstairs you had to go outside and enter through different entrance. We did have to unload the dishwasher when we arrived as the cleaners had not done that. Beds were comfy, internet was spotty at best, views were incredible!

Really enjoyed our midweek holiday! The home is just as described and quite spacious, we especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Jana was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had in advance of and during our stay.

Everything was perfect, kitchen was stocked with everything to make meals, my only thing was that the house was really creaky and could hear when the unit next to me took every step throughout the day and night

Amazing place. Stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday and i live 10 hours away and I will tell you this home was absolutely worth every cent. Looks way better in person. Accommodated me in every single way. The shower is great, the kitchen is perfect. Plenty of space to sleep and the couches are great as well!!! I can’t say one negative thing about the home. Perfect accommodations for our family in a beautiful location! We gathered from Bend, Corvallis and Ashland and it was a perfect meeting spot. We loved the Elkton Community Education Center! What an interesting, admirable endeavor for all ages! We also enjoyed some wonderful local wine (Knoll Winery) and delicious wood-fired pizza from Tomaselli’s Pastry Mill and cafe. The Elkton Lodge Hall & General Store had everything we needed! John- thanks again for the lovely accommodations!

The house was great for us and our boys to come to the dunes , short drive to Steve’s was easy for us . The house was roomy so we weren’t on top of each other , kitchen was conveniently stocked for cooking meals . My kids loved the games and we enjoyed the living room while it rained we had windows open and enjoyed the movies! We willl love to stay again!

The house is clean and comfortable. Very well appointed The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchen items. There is a great yard surrounded by hedges and trees so felt very private. My pup had a great time playing in the yard and on the beach.

This lovely house is located not too far the Old Town where the heart of Florence is. The place was beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and had everything needed for a getaway. I have been in many Airbnb in the last 10+ years, this was by far my favorite one. Kellie knows exactly what guests need and has the place dialed in. I felt home for the few days I got to visit. There is nothing I can say that can adequately describe how incredible Tim's place is. The home itself is amazing with really nice details like the outdoor shower, the bathrobes, the stone in the indoor shower, the hot tub in the backyard...I could go on and on. And then there's the view! Amazing. I could sit on the couch and watch the waves for hours and not get bored. Plus, there's a staircase for easy access down to the beach. He also lets guests borrow surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, and other beach equipment. We didn't have time to use any of them, but definitely wanted to. This is one of my all-time favorite Airbnb rentals. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, Tim was super friendly. He gave us great local recommendations and advice. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spent another night here.

We loved our stay at Stacy's and it was everything we hoped it would be. We had wanted to stay there for a long time but had a few life events happen along the way and needed to reschedule several times. Stacy was always gracious and accommodating. So to finally get there was a big deal, and the wait was most definitely worth it!

I had a wonderful stay. This place has everything. It was spacious, clean, and an amazing view. (Except for the bathroom for the campground). We were next to An RV campground. We were right by the water and it was walkable to the small downtown there with great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for walking Bay Street, River Roasters, and watching the Rhody Parade without being in the heart of all the crowds. The elevator was extremely helpful for visits with my elderly mother with a walker. The view of the Siuslaw River was amazing! Thank you!
