This was the gathering space for our family and friends as we prepped to celebrate the union of our daughter and her beau. we had family dinners, game night, serious talks😀😍and celebrated the union after it occurred. great back yard to enjoy. plenty of space for us to fit comfortably.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is ideal, conventionally close to downtown and the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The place was spotless. The big, comfy couch and the backyard were a standout. We slept so wonderfully the comfortable bed! You can tell Gina put real care into making this place feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

I think what really did made this experience the best, is how helpful the host was. Kimberly was very helpful and responsive. The home was also beautiful, clean, and very unique. Would definitely book again

We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with our group of 18 (4 families, including 8 adults and 10 kids), and it exceeded all expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including new coffee machines that were a big hit. The living areas were cozy and perfect for spending time together, with smart TVs and board games that kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh linens. The big driveway was a huge plus, as it easily accommodated our 4 large SUV trucks. The attention to detail in this home made our stay so enjoyable, and it’s clear the hosts put in a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a perfect getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sue’s place. She was very flexible and understanding with a last minute issue before our stay. House was great and well stocked. Great recommendations from Sue and just all around great time.

What a great place to stay at for our trip to COTA. House was clean and living room was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Plenty of sleeping and loved the location outside of Austin. Host was very flexible with my request and replied quick every time. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

Tim’s condo in The Domain was fantastic—bright, modern, and super fun. We loved being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, and the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant. Definitely a top pick for Austin!

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Our stay at Rachel’s was perfect, very nice spacious home that is within a couple miles walk of lots of amazing restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend

The accommodation at Rick's was great. It is located in a quiet area. We were looking for accommodation close to The Salt Lick and this accommodation is not only close but also offers everything we needed. It is definitely suitable for long term stays. It is a small apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee was provided). All utensils, spices, cleaning products... The nook with a small sofa and table was also nice. Quiet beautiful place with a view of the horses. Sorry we only spent one night in the area. If we can ever return, we will definitely stay at Rick's again.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

The place is great with plenty of space for 6 people. The living room/main room area was very spacious and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and heard over a dozen species of birds with a beautiful view of the very large lawn. The property is on the river but is so incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and wading in the water and fishing. Recommend taking fishing poles and live worms, you’ll catch lots of bass. Also recommend taking inner tubes because there’s a great little rapid on the river that we had a blast going down. The water was incredibly clear too. It was easy parking wise and a short trip to Gruene. We will be back!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

So close to everything! Quiet and spacious!
